Disfrute de este hermoso condominio de 2810 pies cuadrados, tres habitaciones, tres baños y medio, ubicado en The Cove en Park Meadows. La unidad está a cinco o diez minutos en automóvil de Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons, el Racquet Club y las compras en Kimball Junction. Esta unidad ha sido recientemente renovada y repintada, con muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos, alfombras y decoración de interiores. Hermosa vista a la montaña desde la sala y la terraza delantera. Beautiful, but no air conditioning

My review only applies to this property as a summer rental. It boils down to this: how important is air conditioning to you when it’s 90 degrees outside? If it’s important to you, then you’re in for a pretty bumpy ride because this property doesn’t have it. If not, then this is a flawless place to rent.

Great Place in Park City

Had a great stay here. Huge condo with provate hot tub, close to liquor and grocery stores and easy access to a trail head. House was very comfortable and clean. We highly recommend.

This is a great home with lots of space and amenities. We have stayed here several times while skiing in Park City and have loved it every time. Short drive to resort. Beautiful and quiet location. Will continue to stay here as long as it is available.

Three Stories of Delightful Charm

This property worked out exceptionally well for me, my wife, my son and his family. It is a beautiful home in a charming neighborhood. It was surprisingly well stocked with all the essentials and kitchen supplies. (Thank you!) The hot tub was a big hit with my son's family. The one thing you will need to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning. With the two-story windows facing south, the home can heat up to uncomfortable levels during the day. We stayed the first weekend in October and the days were warm. Fortunately, the nights were cool and we were able to get the temperature down to a comfortable level at night. I would definitely stay here again (during the cooler months).

Lovely Meadows Home

We love staying in the Meadows neighborhood in Park city. It’s a short drive to Main Street and a quick walk to great hiking and mountain biking. The house was excellent and well equipped for cooking and family dinners. The upstairs master was private and had a beautiful view and the office loft was great for working. We highly recommend and look forward to a return trip. This was our 7th visit to the neighborhood and we would absolutely rent here again.

excellent property!

This property was nothing short of excellent! I love being closer to the lift or on the bus route BUT the prices were absolutely crazy so we stayed here (just a 7-10 min drive to PC or Canyons). The house is beautiful, kitchen well stocked with nice accessories, roomy, comfortable, great for 2 families of 4, fast response from owner when I had a few questions, beautifully appointed, nice hot tub, CLEAN, beautiful mountain views, big table for dining, plenty of seating in large family room, nice cozy fireplace, nice neighborhood with areas to walk... One of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in (we've been doing ski vacations for >20 years). Don't hesitate to book this property. I would definitely stay here again & would like to try it in the summer. A+

Spacious home close to everything

First I will start with the positive this town home is close to the mountain in the quiet area of Park Meadows. It is spacious and well stocked check in and out was simple. The unit was clean and they provided stock of all essentials as well as basic spices, laundry detergent, foil and other items not routinely found in VRBO. The place needs attention the vent over the stove top does not work, the broiler in the oven does not light, the ice maker does not work ( they left a note regarding that) In addition they really need new sheets, it was like sleeping on sandpaper they had so much pilling. If these things were remedied this place would be an easy five stars.

Family Reunion Hub!

This property was so great! We were able to stay across the street from our family and the amenities were awesome such as pool house, tennis courts hiking trail right up the road, etc. The house is totally stocked and has everything you need. I appreciate things like Kleenex boxes, and nice shampoos and good dish soaps, and this place had it all. Communication was awesome and we always got a quick response for any questions we had. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10 and will definitely stay here again!!

Our new favorite place in Park City

Our two families have been meeting in Park City for a ski vacation almost every year for the past 17 years. This house is our new favorite place to stay. With an easy 5 to 10 minute drive to the two resort bases but in a very quiet neighborhood, it was ideally located. The kitchen was stocked with nice quality pots and pans, which is not often the case with vacation rentals. The large dining table was perfect for our two families. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own bathroom. The only downside is that the hot tub was better than ours at home and now my husband wants to upgrade ours. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house & location for EVERYTHING!

My family just returned from a wonderful weeklong stay in Park city at this house. The house itself is fantastic. It has everything a family could need to be comfortable during their stay. The location is also what really makes this property so incredible. It is perfectly situated, so you are close to both mountains (Deer Valley and Park City), as well as so many restaurants nearby, including main street. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away. Also, our kids loved sledding and building snowmen in the back, just behind the house. We loved our stay, and would highly recommend it for other families or couples!
