Enjoy paradise found in this luxury waterfront home. This beautiful home is a visual masterpiece. You will feel at home from the moment you step through the door. This beautiful home is just a short walk to the Balboa Pier, local shops, great restaurants, the Historic Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island Ferry and much more! Breathtaking unobstructed views of Newport Harbor, city lights and mountain peaks from all levels of this spectacular and private bay home. The corner location towers above other homes with height and size that cannot be duplicated. This luxurious home has a pool table, workout room, and a 3 car garage. The expanded waterfront patio offers a fire-pit, fountain, BBQ and elegant landscape to a martini deck. Relax on a private beach while watching the boats and listening to the relaxing water. This home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. All 3 levels can be accessed by the elevator. The bay-front entertainment room features frameless glass doors that open to the views of the mountains and harbor w/ secondary kitchen, bar, and fireplace. 2 bedrooms with bathrooms are on the main floor. The middle level offers a master suite with fireplace and folding doors to a deck with mesmerizing views, jetted tub, Onyx sinks, his/hers closets and steam shower. The Great Room on the upper level features more views of the bay, Fashion Island and snow capped peaks w/ vaulted beam ceilings, walls of glass to a deck, fireplace, piano alcove and dining area. The open kitchen features a breakfast bar, appliances by Sub Zero and Thermador plus walk-in pantry. A bedroom with private bath is located on this level. Convenient access to world class beaches, dining and shopping. You can walk to local shops, dining, and entertainment.
If you want to travel like a local, hop on a beach cruiser bike (or an electric beach cruiser for all the fun without the work!) and travel on the Newport Beach Boardwalk!
Public transportation is available, with the Balboa Peninsula Trolley providing free transportation along the peninsula.

Overall this was an absolutely tremendous stay and experience. We stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday and it did not disappoint! We stayed for just over a week. The house was clean, well stocked with all amenities needed, and the communication with our host Todd was exceptionally efficient. We liked it so much that I am already trying to convince my husband to plan another stay in the future.Thank you Todd for making this trip amazing for our entire family.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved the home, the views were outstanding and the location is amazing. We had family from infant to 85 that came to visit at the house and it was perfect for everyone. Kids played on the beach and there was an elevator to get our handicap mother up to the 3rd floor to enjoy the views. It was wonderful! It accommodated everyone!

Birthday trip

We loved our stay in this beautiful home on the bay! The view is spectacular and so close to restaurants, shopping and bars. It is a very spacious home and is perfect for privacy when needed. The house is right next to the Fun Zone and the Balboa Pier, so it's perfect for families with kids.

Awesome House on the Water!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! Within two minutes, you have beach, bikes, boats, food and more! We even extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! The house was spacious, clean, quiet… the perfect place to relax and enjoy California! We will definitely be staying here again soon! Highly recommend! ❤️

Huge clean home with great views

This house is very clean and spacious with a very nice outdoor space. All three levels have large beautiful balconies with great views. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ocean The host, Todd, was a pleasure to work with - very responsive and made the trip effortless on my part.

Wonderful Experience in Every Way!

This house alone is worth a visit-spacious (3 floors and living/relaxing space on each floor), very comfortable beds, 2 kitchens, amazing views, a pool table, lovely outdoor space! It is exquisitely appointed-art reflecting the Balboa Peninsula everywhere! You could not ask for a better location-just a few minutes from the Balboa Fun Zone, ferry to Balboa Island, Duffy boat rentals and a quick 10-minute walk to the beach and pier. Our host Todd was superb-always super quick to respond when we had a couple of questions and very accommodating! We cannot recommend this home highly enough!

Great location!

The home is very pretty and in a great spot. Todd was very quick to answer our questions. Master bed is super comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. The home is very comfortable and relaxing. Great amount of parking is a big plus in this location. View from all three floors is amazing! Loved our four days there!

Amazing stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. My partner, son, sister and brother-in-law and their two kids (7 total) were able to comfortably enjoy ourselves with plenty of space including alone time. We loved the harbor views, spiral staircase, fire pit and quick walk to the beach and other activities. Our hosts, Todd and Tina were very attentive to our needs and checked-in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. It was certainly a vacation to remember!

Incredible Stay

Had such a wonderful time at this property!! We celebrated a family and friends gathering for my son who graduated Chapman University. We had so many compliments from absolutely everyone on the house!! I most definitely will stay here again as it just doesn’t get better than this in Newport on the water! Thanks again to the owner who was such an amazing host, his home was a huge part of this successful graduation!!

Beautiful Home !

We spent our evenings on the patio, Barbecuing and sitting by the fire pit. Loved paddle boarding each day from the back of the property. The location is very convenient to the beach and an easy bike ride too many restaurants. The house was especially clean and well appointed. Our host was very responsive to any questions prior and during our visit. Looking forward to another visit in the future.

Conveniently located property steps from the marina and beach! You get the best of both worlds. Fully stocked kitchens! Beautifully decorated. Everyone was in awe of the views. Location, location, location

What an amazing property, the view of the bay from all three levels was beautiful. Located next to the balboa fun zone, everything you need is within walking or biking distance, so once you arrive you never need to get in a car again until you leave. The setup was perfect for entertaining with a kitchen on the first and third floors. The master suite is located on the second floor along with the gym. The house was clean and everything was in working order. Definitely a 5 star experience

Perfect Location beautiful House

All was good. Everything was walking distance and it was the best. Celebrated Dad’s 77th birthday at the Harborside Restaurant and it was lovely. My Teen and college kids had a blast going to the beach and village. We were all able to park and fit on the property. The house was equipped for cooking and going to the beach. Everything is a 1 to 3 minute walk to grab, breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The Village was just a 1 minute walk. The beach is a 3 minute walk, more perfect it cannot be.

Absolute Luxury!

It was everything and more as described. This home is extremely high-quality with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds! The location is perfect. The views are amazing. The amenities are all there. The kitchen was fully equipped. There is nothing we needed. There is a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig, you are a stones throw from the Balboa fun zone. There is a nearby liquor store. Lots of places to eat and fun things to do. It is just a few blocks from the actual beach. The fire pit and pool table were a family favorite. The communication with the property manager was perfect. I would book this location over and over again. You definitely get what you pay for!

Pros; Incredible views Great location Walking distance to shopping and restaurants Outdoor area living area was great Property manager was very attentive Plenty of parking Equipped with bicycles and beach gear Very clean Equipped for all kinds of cooking Stocked utensils and plates Cons: House is a bit dated TVs outdated required 3 remotes Weird layout We spent most of our time on the bottom floor which has a very small kitchen and a nice sitting room. There were only four bedrooms and they were very small. The elevator wasn’t working when we there so our elderly parents couldn’t go up the stairs. All in all it was a great experience.

Thank you for the 5 star review. I'm sorry about the elevator. As you're aware, I was able to get it fixed during your stay. There are a few smart tvs and a few are not. As time goes on we will be upgrading all to smart tvs. I was surprised to hear your thoughts on the size of the bedrooms. I have multiple properties and this homes has above average size rooms. I'm very happy you and your family enjoyed yourselves.

This home is truly one of a kind. A very short walk to restaurants, shopping, and Newport Beach attractions. This home is located on the harbor side with unobstructed views. Enjoy watching the boats float by or the scenic mountains at a distance. The ocean is literally a two minute walk so you can enjoy both sides of the peninsula Your own private dock with sandy beach area. This home has it all!
