A quintessential summer in Maine awaits at this single-level cottage in Wells, a delightfully cozy and modern escape in the Belle of Maine Vacation Village. In this wonderful location, you'll have a view of the marsh from your front porch and easy walking access to restaurants, bakeries, and other in-town conveniences.

With Wells Beach just one mile east, you'll be able to easily come home in the afternoons to take a dip in the complex's saltwater pool and hot tub, get a barbecue going on one of the community grills, or simply bask in the home's central AC. Step inside to find a glassed-in porch where you can curl up with a good book and a contemporary living space that brings together the kitchen and the main sitting area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a two-person breakfast bar, and a view of the flatscreen TV (with cable and Netflix) on the wall. Additional amenities include a TV in each bedroom and free WiFi throughout.

Things to Know
The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. The pool is not heated.
There are two shared gas grills available to guests in the central area near the pool.
The shared washer/dryer is coin-operated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
