Relaxation and fun are at your fingertips in this home located in The Cottages of Summer Village gated community, where guests can enjoy the pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, sauna, hot tub, fitness room, horseshoe pit, volleyball courts, shuffleboard courts, and a game room. Explore many attractions within a 10-mile radius, such as Wonder Mountain Fun Park, the Ogunquit Museum of American Art, Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, plus plenty of shopping and dining in Wells, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, York, Kittery, and Portsmouth. The beach is less than one mile away, where you can swim, sail, and surf. Don't forget to try some world-famous lobster before you leave!

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Relax on the plush furniture, carry on great conversations, stream your favorite movies on the large TV or play one of the owners' favorite board games. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with quality cookware, serveware, barware, and a dining table that seats six. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen-sized bed, the bunkroom is perfect for sleepovers, and there's an option of a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the sunroom. Outside you'll find a gas grill and Adirondack chairs, plus chairs and an umbrella to borrow for your trip to the beach. When you vacation in gorgeous southern Maine, you'll make memories that will last a lifetime.

Summer Village has quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am.
Pools are seasonal Memorial Day through Columbus Day

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
