Ready to come to play in The Lagoon? Sandstone Shores is the perfect destination for your next family getaway! The home is beautifully decorated and family-ready! Open and spacious gathering area in the front room with a large sectional couch, comfortable chairs, and a large custom-built table for group meals and games. The kids will love the climbing wall and custom built-in bunk beds and the play area under the stairs that includes toys, books, and pillows! Each bedroom has its own TV and bathroom. There are TVs in the loft and in the great room, as well.

You will love the outdoor living spaces this home features! Enjoy the covered patio with a lovely and comfy furniture setting or the sunny area with chairs to soak up some rays. The front patio has a grill for cooking and a patio table and chairs and an umbrella to enjoy dining outdoors. There is plenty of room to enjoy and relax indoors or outdoors at Sandstone Shores!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers. Thanks in advance for your consideration!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

**Please note that this unit can be pet friendly but there is no pet fee automatically charged at the time of booking. If you would like to bring your dog, please make the booking and then call us to notate that you'll be indeed bringing a pet and to pay that fee. Bringing a pet without paying the fee can result in an additional fine. Thank you for your cooperation!
