Clean, fresh, and inviting, Desert Color Lake house is the vacation rental you have been looking for! Your whole family will love the feel of the new unit nestled in the incredible resort community of Desert Color. The main floor offers an open-concept living space with large, comfy couches, seating for 12 around the dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the many tasteful bedrooms, or stage a foosball tournament in the upstairs living space. When you are ready to get outdoors, grab the paddleboards and kayaks from the garage and head to the incredible Lagoon!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
