Haga que sus vacaciones sean relajantes y agradables mientras visita nuestra casa de vacaciones que admite mascotas. La casa está ubicada en Spring Lake, (a solo minutos de Grand Haven) en un vecindario tranquilo, a pocos pasos del hermoso Spring Lake. Disponemos de 3 habitaciones. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama king. El segundo dormitorio tiene un rey y un sofá cama. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Hay una zona de comedor en la parte delantera de la casa y la planta principal también incluye la sala de estar, baño, un dormitorio y cocina. El salón tiene un televisor y un sofá cama. Nuestro cuarto de lavado tiene todas sus necesidades de lavado. El segundo piso tiene dos habitaciones. Muy espacioso e incluye el sofá cama de la habitación delantera. Todas las habitaciones tienen sábanas, mantas y almohadas. El dormitorio principal incluye un televisor de pantalla plana. Nuestra cocina está equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera y cafetera. Suministramos todas sus necesidades de cocina con ollas y sartenes, platos y cuencos. El patio trasero está cercado y hay un patio tranquilo en la parte trasera de la casa, que incluye una parrilla para asar al aire libre. Great vacation spot!

This sweet cottage was perfect for our long stay in Spring Lake. Location was perfect for walking to the lake or biking anywhere in town. Cottage is just as pictured and kitchen very well equipped. Back yard was perfect for our dog to play and relax in the grass.

A Home Away from Home

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay with this rental property but it didn't feel like a rental rather a real home that was shared with us so generously. We came with two small dogs and they enjoyed staying too because of the nicely fenced in yard. This home had everything you could need to stay and all supplies were out for your use not like some places that just divey out a certain amount of tp or trash bags. Town was good Village Baker a great place to eat or get baked goods. They had a dog park in Springs Lake that was great dogs had a blast.

Wonderful Spot to unwind

This is my second stay at this property. It is very nice and easy access to everything. The house is the perfect size for me and my dogs. They love the backyard and especially the front door which is all glass so they could watch the world go by. I’m handicapped so other than the three steps to get in and out of the house it was very comfortable to navigate. I will visit again!

Homey and Pleasant Stay

Stayed for a few months and it became home quickly. Loved being close to Spring Lake and a convenience store 2 doors down. Nice owners, straight-forward reservation and flexible with our dates. Plenty of dishes, towels, supplies, laundry, and even a small garage. Only 2 drawbacks 1) we wish we knew that the upstairs bedrooms were joined, with no hallway separating them; 2) they were so well stocked with dishes etc, that a longer stay was hard to find places to put our own belongings :) Highly recommend overall.

Ferrysburg Bungalow

Set in a lovely, walkable neighborhood, with all the comforts of home, this little bungalow was close to Lake Michigan beaches, and the completely fenced yard made travelling with our show dogs a breeze.

We were happy to squeeze in a few days at the cottage on Spring Lake. We had two cars - one with bikes, one with kayaks - and had to return back before Labor Day weekend. We visited North Beech twice and discovered more beaches up twoards Muskegan.

Comfy Cozy House

We enjoyed the first floor, large kitchen, living room and front porch room. Could not use upstairs without bathroom up there. Backyard and grill was fenced in and private. We will be returning for another visit in June.

Great property in a great location.

Great place to vacation. A few houses from the river. Just a couple of miles from Spring lake , a few miles from Grand Haven. Great property with leather recliners, leather sofa to relax and watch satellite TV. King bed in a huge bedroom upstairs to recharge for the next day's adventure. Clean, comfortable property conviently located , close to everything. Host was quick to respond to questions and they have the house stocked with everything you will need for your stay.

Relaxing stay

This was our second time, and we enjoyed our stay as much as the first time. Karen was very helpful, the house exceptionally clean, the fenced backyard perfect for dogs, the neighborhood very quiet and lovely, all was well.

Excellent in all ways.

Everything was great from the start to the finish. My wife was touched by the gift and it got better as we went on. The house was clean and spacious, with everything available that was needed. We used and replaced a couple of things so next people should be happy also. Karen was very helpful and efficient, with a can do attitude. All together our trip thru time was really special.....many memories for me and new experiences for my wife and her sister. Thanks Dennis, Linda and Lisa Will be back!

Such a gem

My young adult sons, their girlfriends, my husband and I had the best week here. The owner also welcomed our dog, which allowed our old puggle to be lavished with belly rubs from all six of us. The backyard, fully fenced with a Weber grill and lovely patio furniture, was the perfect venue for a birthday celebration. The house is equipped with every kitchen item you can think of, including paper products, comfortable furniture, beds, pillows, and bath linens. I loved the house decor too. We carried our kayaks a short distance to a public access spot for Spring Lake. We enjoyed many restaurants, shops, and live music along the water in Grand Haven. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous!

What an amazing experience! This cute cottage is clean, cozy, comfortable and loaded with everything you need to be on vacation! Complimentary coffee and creamer, a sweet welcome basket, a kitchen fully equipped to cook any meal your heart desires. The backyard was lovely and inviting. The grill works like a charm. Don’t be worried about the pet friendly atmosphere of the listing if it’s a concern. You’d never know. The place is immaculate. And one bathroom? Not a problem! We didn’t have an issue the entire trip - even with 6 adults and then local family dropping by. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to book again!

Lovely cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for my hubs, myself and 3 teenagers. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The neighbors were super friendly and loved that we were close to spring lake. We loved the little touches in the house and it was stocked with so many things you need while on vacation, especially in the kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close to everything you need. We highly recommend staying here. It was a lovely trip.

Great dog friendly home

Very clean dog friendly home. Neighbors are friendly , and helpful. We’ve stayed here several times with our two Labradors and have been very comfortable. Only downside is there is no bathroom upstairs.

Spring Lake Cottage

Nice place! Very clean. Furniture newer. Updated, fully stocked kitchen, newer bathroom. Only 10 minutes from the beach in Grand Haven and even closer to the county park in Spring Lake. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. It would have been nice to have a picnic table in the backyard, but otherwise it was a hit!

House has many issues that owner doesn’t warn your about. Washer and dryer are broken

I wanted to share how disappointing our experience was. The home was beautiful but it was not clean as it appeared in photos and on our vacation we were constantly stressed out about all of the maintenance that needed to be done on our vacation(Washer was down) my sister spent a whole day waiting for the gas company to come out and fix these problems. When we spoke with the property manager she seemed to not care and excepted us to stay and wait for the people to come out and fix all of the repairs on her home . We saved our vacation time for this family trip and spent a lot of money and felt taken advantage of. The house smelt like sewer(the owner said it was because the pipes had burst and offered to send someone to put lime salt down. Overall it was very dirty, smelt terrible and the owner could careless. We were never informed of any of these issues before we checked in.

For anyone reading this review, this guest and family tried to extort money from us for the above lies. Our washer and dryer were not broke and the city wanted to change all of the gas meters (after this guest made the complaint, I checked with the city and the technician). They arrived at 2:00 p.m., (random drop-in, we did not know this was going to be done) nobody was at the house. They changed the meter and were done at 4:30. The guests were not at the house, so they tagged the door for them to call when convenient so they could check the appliances. They moved on to the next house, and saw the guests return to our home. They knocked on the door to see if they could check the appliances, it took a total of five minutes. The guest stated they had to give up a vacation day to have the meter replaced, but this was not the case. The house did not look like the pictures because I change colors/decorations each season. These guests also damaged our staircase, which the property manager discovered directly after their stay. Be warned-renting to people without prior reviews can be a stressful headache, as we found out!

Great time in Spring Lake

We truly enjoyed our stay in Spring Lake. The house was exceptionally clean, the neighborhood is very friendly, Karen very easy to work with. I just wished that the weather would have been better, so we could have enjoyed the cozy backyard more. Would definitely stay again.
