Esta casa de cuatro dormitorios y cuatro baños en Blue River, a pocos minutos del centro de Breckenridge, ofrece una escapada tranquila y asequible para su familia o grupo de hasta 15 años. El salón ofrece muchos asientos con dos sofás grandes y dos sillas cómodas. Después de un largo día en la ciudad o de ir a las pistas, todos pueden relajarse viendo una película en el gran televisor LCD en el estudio. O sumérjase en la bañera de hidromasaje cubierta.

La sala de estar se abre a la cocina totalmente equipada, donde los asientos nunca son un problema: hay 12 asientos en la mesa y seis más en el bar. El nivel superior, con vistas a la sala de estar, cuenta con cuatro dormitorios. La suite principal cuenta con una cama king, chimenea de gas y baño privado con bañera de esquina y ducha de pie. En el exterior, hay una gran terraza que abarca todo el ancho de la casa, una hoguera a gas y un gran patio cercado. Otras comodidades incluyen una lavadora / secadora y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en toda la casa.

Really enjoyed deck, outdoor gas fire pit and grill, and hot tub. Clean and comfortable inside with plenty of space for 7 adults. Short drive to Breck.

Spacious and locally convenient to anything

The house had plenty of room for the six of us on a motorcycle trip. The three car garage also allowed for plenty of parking room for our stuff. The house was clean and had most kitchen utensils necessary for when we cooked at the home. The rental company associates were very responsive whenever I had a question about something. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this house and we love it! The hot tub is maintained and perfect after hiking all day. The house is big enough for the teens to have their own space to unwind when they are done with family time. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for making meals. We will be back again!

Great Place to Stay in Breckenridge

We enjoyed the Lakeshore cabin for our trip to Breckenridge very much! It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was an easy and quick drive to ski or visit the Main Street area. We appreciated having plenty of space to spread out as a family and enjoyed the hot tub very much after great skiing days! The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Great mountain home for a large group

This beautiful and spacious house worked worked great for our group of 3 families. The kitchen and living room are huge, plus there is a private game room and parlor that can be used for hanging out or extra sleeping space. The hot tub and deck are also delightful.

Awesome Stay

Had a great stay with family and friends! Definitely recommend, we had plenty of space for everyone and the location is perfect for getting to Breck Ski Resort early in the morning. Other than a gnarley snow storm that cause a power outage for a few hours, the host was very communicative and readily available for questionz. I recommend staying here for anyone and will return in the future!

Great for family

A terrific and beautiful setting that exceeded our expectations. The space was plentiful for our large family dining. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware for our meals. The room with the foosball table and the extra family room provided plenty of space to spread out in addition to the large living room. (If you are looking for typical high-speed Internet, then this is not the best option.)

Overall, the home was nice and spacious and served our needs for the week. The technology in the home was antiquated and needs to be updated. There were no local channels available and accessing our own streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, YouTubeTV) on the TV was not allowed. I had to connect my personal laptop to the TV and stream from my laptop. This meant no remote-control ability for the entire week. Everything had to be controlled from the laptop. The master bedroom fireplace was not working. They were waiting on a part to repair and the part was not going to be delivered until after our stay (understandable). Also, the first night the heater was not working in the master bedroom and we woke up to a temp of 58 degrees. They promptly sent someone out to repair the unit and the remainder of the week things were good.Again, the house served it's purpose. So many things that I could say, but if you don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything at all.

Great stay

We had a great time staying with our family of 8. Plenty of room for everyone. It was great to have access to a 3 car garage. Kitchen was huge and had ample pots and pans…our only critique was the kitchen knives were a bit lacking and the floor in front of the fridge was very squeaky. It was a quick and easy drive to the slopes. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

2023 Christmas in the Rockies

We had our kids and two grandkids visiting for Christmas. Plenty of room for everyone and the location is just the right distance from the crowds at Breck! Brief problem with fireplace was quickly remedied!

Great for large groups

Big master bedroom with king bed, fireplace plus large bathroom and walk-in closet. Two living room areas each with tv’s. Game room. Jacuzzi dry off room. Two dining tables totaling 18 chairs. Four barstools. Property manager responded quickly to questions and concerns. Only negatives were old carpet and tv channels. (No abc, cbs, nbc, ESPN live, fox, Fox News).

Quiet Getaway in Breck

This property is as advertised. There was so much room for all of us to have our own quiet time. The BBQ grill is natural gas, never have to worry about running out of propane. The owners allow you to park in the 3 car garage, great perk, in my opinion. Constant communication and the check out, wait for it…..literally consisted of taking the kitchen trash to the garage and starting the dishwasher. I don’t know about you, but when on vacation and paying a cleaning fee, the last thing you want to do is 47 chores before you can check out and then possibly get dinged in your review because heaven forbid you missed something.

It was very close to town and had very large garage, big enough to fit our large truck. We brought our own sleds, but found that they actually had several in the garage. There were several games and puzzles in the extra living room. Everything except the upstairs fireplace was in working condition. The only downside is that the TVs are older so streaming was not available. I read that before our trip on a previous review, so we brought our own Roku and it worked great! The property management company was very friendly and helpful at all hours of the day, if needed. I would highly recommend this property!
