As one of the few new homes on the Promenade in Seaside, this two-story, Oregon Coast retreat will spoil you in no time at all. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen for all your cooking needs, including a gas range and plenty of counter space to cook for all your guests. The large, open living area hosts a selection of games, books, and a TV with streaming for your entertainment needs, or a place to just sit by the gas fireplace where you can warm up and relax. If you enjoy the outdoors, this home has a lower deck and upper balcony, both perfect for watching the ocean or enjoying the fresh coastal air. When you are ready to head out, the beach is an unobstructed walk away so you can enjoy all the pleasures of the sea and sand. There is an unfinished space above the garage that is not accessible to guests.

A perfect beach house for watching the ocean and weather in October. I brought my two adult sons for a "Mom and Sons Retreat". We left the wives and grandchildren at home. It was a lovely, relaxing stay--something I've wanted to do for a long time, and it was exactly as I imagined it would be. My little pup loved the beach. Hiked Indian Beach Trail, just minutes away. The trail is stunning. A moderate hike.

We were very disappointed with this property and would not recommend it. For over 5,000 for four nights, including a cleaning fee, the home was in unacceptable condition. Cleanliness was a major issue For the price charged, the condition of this property fell far below expectations. Guests should be aware that both cleanliness and maintenance were lacking during our stay.

Beautiful House with a View

This house was perfect for our family. Modern, clean and comfortable with charming decor. The host provides more than you could ever need. Gorgeous view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. We loved the house.

Beautiful location and home!

We were in OR for a family wedding and decided to extend our stay for a few days to the coast. We are so glad we did. This house is located right on the water with a gorgeous view! We loved walking to the beach each day and night. The house was large enough so everyone had their own space and we weren’t on top of one another. The view from the upstairs was stunning. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being dog friendly. Our girl loved the ocean so much!

On The Prom & Close to Town

Great house right on the Prom overlooking the ocean. The house was perfect for a stormy weekend at the beach. Started out a little rough with the codes/lock not working, but once inside, everything was 5 stars.

Beautiful home but not for dogs if they like to roam - they can get out. Plus the lawn is gone -...

Location, location, location - can't beat it. Home was beautiful, but there were problems with fencing and no lawn, just weeds and mud. Not as advertised.

Wonderful experience and views

I rented this house for me, my mom and my three dogs. The dogs loved the yard but be warned one of my dogs got out twice even though I was right there because of the huge gaps under the fence. Luckily she has great recall and came back each time but if you have a runner, use caution. Having the yard there was great though. We spent tons of time on the balcony looking at the ocean. The pictures really don’t do any justice to the view you will experience here. It is absolutely stunning. Speaking of pictures, there are no pics of the stairs so I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was a little nervous for my mom who doesn’t do well with stairs. But they are very sturdy and solid with a nice railing, and even have little built in wall lights which is a nice safety feature. The main fridge wasn’t working and the oven was a little tricky to get the right temperatures, but there was a separate wine fridge and a smaller fridge to use. Wine fridge was awesome. House has Samsung smart TVs in both up and downstairs living rooms. There was a house next door under construction but they were only working two of the five days we were there and it wasn’t too noisy. Great people and dog watching from the balcony. Two different kinds of coffee machines , a regular one and a keurig. Also they had some beach chairs by the laundry area. Great laundry room with laundry pods available. Checkout was very easy.

Seaside gem

This home was well appointed with sweeping views of the Seaside coastline. The location was fabulous on the promenade. Home was stocked with supplies for your Seaside holidays. Two smalls issue with front door and beds : front door was hard to open with the code and the beds were a little stiff.

Amazing views

The views from the upstairs of the home can not be beat! It is a beautiful home that had everything you could want or need for your stay. It’s an easy walk to downtown and step from the prom for your daily walks/runs. However, there was no pantry/cupboards space available for our food which made the kitchen look cluttered and messy. The picture of the yard provided was also not accurate. The flower beds and yard not been taken care of. But, it did have a fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs.

Fridge doesn’t work

Property management knew the fridge was not cooling properly and never informed us. The wine fridge started leaking a bit, and the cleanliness of the master bath left something to be desired. The grout was stained, the floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Management was nice enough to address the concerns about the fridge, and offered to bring a cooler, but it was a known issue and we were never made aware prior to arriving. Although the response from management was prompt and polite, the fridge never got lower than 45° so all perishables were at risk.

Seaside Refresh - great for kids and dogs.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much and plan to rent again. The toys for the kids were perfect, and thank you for having sand toys. It was also such a great house for bringing a pet.

Seaside Family Home

This home is right on the promenade and perfect to access the beach quickly. Love the upper and lower patio to see the gorgeous ocean views. Very roomy and comfortable. I have never seen a more well stocked home. From the kitchen supplies to all the games and lots of toys for kids. Two areas to watch tv and relax. Plenty of space to eat and enjoy time with your family. Huge island and extra long dining table was great. It was so clean and there are lots of extra towels which was appreciated. We were extremely happy with this home and will return.
