King Tide Lookout : Ocean Front - On the Prom

Any check-in or check-out time that differs from the following is incorrect. Check-in and check-out times for this home are as follows:

Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 5pm(3/15-10/31)
Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 12pm(3/15-10/31)

However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

KING TIDE LOOKOUT at Seaside Beach: The beach is calling! Come and enjoy family gatherings on the  Oregon Coast or just a weekend getaway! This home is just one house back from the Prom, and a short walk to Downtown Seaside. Take in the breathtaking views from the top floor of the home, where you can watch the king tides in the winter and sunsets in the summer. Snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on cool nights. The large deck is great for taking in the sites and time with family and friends. There is a second living room space off the bunk room, with a kitchenette. Great for multigenerational families. 2785 sq feet single family home, sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
