Villa Costa Vida es una lujosa casa vacacional ubicada en la zona de Manuel Antonio en Costa Rica. Desde el primer momento, quedarás asombrado por la elegante combinación de naturaleza y lujo. Escondida en el bosque lluvioso sobre el Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio, Villa Costa Vida ofrece vistas espectaculares de la selva verde y los tonos azules del Océano Pacífico. Podrás sumergirte en la naturaleza y apreciar todos los sonidos de la vida salvaje mientras te relajás en la piscina infinita o en alguna de las áreas sociales de la casa. Durante el día escucharás el aullido de los monos, el cantar de los pájaros y el sonido de las olas.

La belleza natural y los alrededores paradisíacos no son el único atractivo de la villa. La casa está completamente equipada con muebles contemporáneos y amenidades modernas incluyendo wifi de alta velocidad, un sistema de sonido y pantallas con Apple Airplay. La villa cuenta con un cuarto de entretenimiento donde podrás ver películas y encontrar libros y juegos; también podrás retar a tus acompañantes a una partida de ping pong. La casa tiene más de 10 habitaciones con aire acondicionado, con capacidad para 34 personas. Es el sitio ideal para celebraciones de bodas, aniversarios, eventos corporativos y vacaciones en familia.

Todo lo que necesités está al alcance de tu mano. Un servicio diario de limpieza viene incluido (de lunes a sábado) y a solicitud, podemos organizar los servicios privados de chefs, bartenders o instructores de yoga/de ejercicio. No hay necesidad de salir de casa pero si te interesa, también podemos organizar tours, transporte o excursiones. Playas, restaurantes, un gimnasio, un spa y un estudio de yoga se encuentran a una distancia caminable.

Costa Rica cuenta con un gran legado de desarrollo sostenible y crecimiento que toma en consideración el medio ambiente, y en Villa Costa Vida ponemos de nuestra parte. Los paneles solares en el techo son uno de los ejemplos más visibles de nuestros esfuerzos ecológicos, pero también hemos implementado otras iniciativas. Nos enorgullece poder decir que nos comprometemos a maximizar la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes mientras que minimizamos nuestra huella de carbono simultáneamente.

The property was gorgeous, the staff, including Chef Erick was amazing. Loved the Howler Monkey wake up calls every morning. Lovely view, wish the pool was heated. Overall wonderful!

Paradise in Manuel Antonio

This house is absolutely stunning! It has all of the modern day essentials in the center of the jungle with unbeatable ocean views. The staff was so helpful and friendly and gladly helped us with all of our needs. Villa Costa Vida is in the absolute best location in all of Manuel Antonio, you can walk to restaurants, spa and beach!! We can not wait to return!

Great BIG house in a perfect location!

We recently stay at Villa Costa Vida with our fishing group of men in their late 40’s/early 50’s. The house was perfect. Very clean with ample AC in main living area and all bedrooms. Rayna, the house manager, met us when we arrived and was always available and attentive throughout our stay. We used the preferred house chef twice and the food was outstanding. The house was walking distance to the main restaurant/bar hub of Manuel Antonio. Views of the coast and watching the monkeys and macaws frolic in the AM before the sun comes up and PM right when the sun goes down was super cool. No wifi issues - worked great.If you have a big group and need a well-located, well-maintained place to stay in Manuel Antonio, this is your spot!

Celebrating in Costa Rica? Best Villa!

We booked this wonderful villa for two weeks to celebrate our anniversary and birthday. The accommodations are amazing and the house is a livable entertain spaces are beyond what is shown in the picture. Rayna, our house host, was amazing at last minute changes, delays in transportation, and flexibility with our excursions. One note that we would just emphasize, is the need to bring cash for extras and transportation. While there are ATMs that provide cash all over Quepos, there is a higher service charge at most of them. Make sure not to miss the chef that is provided as an extra amenity. Eric is amazing and his staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Epic Vacation

Wow, wow, wow! Vacation of a lifetime at Villa Costa Vida! Our multi-generational family of 24 spent a week at the villa for a family vacation. We started planning this a year in advance and Rayna was fantastic to work with! Our group had a lot of questions, requests, etc. and Rayna spent hours emailing, texting and several video calls with me working out all the details. She was extremely knowledgable, flexible and connected to local contacts and resources. Whenever we needed something, Rayna was there to take care of it for us. The villa is just spectacular! Clean, modern, all the amenities and the VIEWS - I cannot say enough about the views! Every deck, almost every room and even some of the showers had amazing views. The AC worked wonderfully and when the rains came we were able to open up all the sliding doors to enjoy the breeze and still stay dry. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were fantastic too - they even pointed out a sloth in the tree and helped us climb down the hill to take photos. We also saw monkeys around the villa several times as well as toucans and macaws. The location was also perfect - private, yet just a few minutes walk to town and beaches. Lastly, hire Chef Eric if it's in your budget! Eric and his staff cooked us amazing meals, shared recipes and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were 100% spoiled and waited on, had lots of leftovers to eat for lunch and now none of us want to cook for ourselves again! Epic vacation!

Unbelievable!

Holy Cow, this place is awesome!!!! I don't even know where to start, this was one of the best trips I've ever taken. The views are spectacular, each morning I would wake up and just be in awe of the ocean & wildlife. Having your coffee overlooking the ocean with scarlet macaws’ cruising overhead & howler monkeys in the distance is amazing. Most days we would either walk or ATV down to the beach. The walk down is not bad, but it's a hike up the hill, good thing is it's easy to catch a taxi up the hill from Manuel Antonio. Due to the pandemic, we generally had the ~2 miles beach to ourselves & a few others :) The wildlife is also amazing. You will hear howler monkeys every-single-day, you'd likely see 3 different types of monkeys as you make your way down to the beach, along with some sleepy sloths if you can spot them in the trees. The Chef's we arranged were also perfect, the four-course Italian dinner Manuele prepared was top notch. Tuna Tartar was my fav. Early morning surf lessons were also great, we had 6 first time surfers who all got up & ripped some waves with Alejandro & Jonny down at the main beach. We went fishing for a day, & had a trip of a lifetime with Ben @ Jackpot Sport fishing: 120” Marlin, 3x Sailfish, 10+ mahi mahi, & a shark. The onsite staff (Carolina & Wai) were great, we’d get back from the beach and the whole house was clean & looking perfect. Make sure to tip them at end of your trip My only complaint is that there was no Heli-pad on the roof, otherwise it's about as good as it gets. I plan to come back again soon.

Incredible House with stunning views

I cannot possibly put into words how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Costa Vida. The house has breathtaking views from all of the many, large windows. It is modern, comfortable and very spacious: it is basically like having a private hotel all to yourself. All rooms were large, light and airy and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the giant rec room on the ground floor and the kids loved bunking together in the bunk room! The roof terrace was a great place to lounge, sunbathe, read, practice yoga or simply stare our at the magnificent vistas. Hanging out in the pool we saw monkeys, scarlet macaws, lizards and more. The trees around the house are majestic and you truly feel you were hanging in the canopy. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and we enjoyed cooking in it and using the outdoor grill. We were walking distance to various shops and lots of great restaurants and just a few minute drive from amazing beaches (Beisanz, Playita and Manuel Antonio proper). Our entire group was thrilled with our whole experience and cannot wait to visit again!

The open-air villa offers spacious and comfortable accommodations (10+ air-conditioned rooms) with stunning views and tons of wildlife passing by on a daily basis. Monkeys (three different species), scarlet macaws, sloths, and toucans are our neighbors! A large well-stocked kitchen (for those who want to cook themselves, or of course there are numerous private chefs we can coordinate as well) and a commodious dining area, the villa allows for comfortable family-friendly gatherings and is the perfect venue to host corporate retreats, weddings, reunions, and other events.

Words can not properly express the serenity and peace one feels when sitting on the balcony. You'll have to come and see it for yourself.
