Comfortable stay with good location

Very convenient for groceries, restaurants, and movie theater. Good location for exploring state park and other area hiking trails.

Amazing house

It was beautiful and spacious and enough to fit our family. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs. It was a very beautiful house and we would stay here again.

Lovely home!

My husband and I stayed here for a month and couldn't have asked for a better place. The home is clean and was stocked with everything we needed and the neighborhood is beautiful. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or needs. The location was perfect! We were beyond pleased with our stay and would definitely rent this property again.

Served our needs

We arrived later than planned, house was ready for us! We were a party of 6 -1 being a child who shared a bed with her auntie.. The kitchen was GREAT ! We were in for a family wedding ( which I was cooking for) and there was ample space to prep & cook. Check in was simple, no issues. Our hostess was wonderful about communicating with us, answered quickly. We had couple bumps- which were quickly remedied by the hostess. Shopping areas very close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Sebring Farm House

It is so relaxing to stay in a home away from home with our family. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The neighborhood was peaceful. Our children enjoyed their separate rooms.We would definitely go back.

Wedding rental

We booked due to attending a wedding. We had our adult kids and grandkids with us. The house was comfortable and able to accommodate us all. Pillows could have been fluffier and wish we had some extras.

Time with family

I will definely stay again. This house is conveniently located to EVERYTHING! The house was VERY CLEAN!!!!! It had everything anyone would want for a stay. We were visiting family in the area and they came to stay for the evenings with us. Everytime i contacted Annmarie she replied right away! She was great to work with!! Our stay was very nice. Thank you Annmarie!

Home away from home

Had another great stay at Annemarie’s farmhouse. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything. Everything we needed was supplied and AnneMarie is super responsive if you have questions. The interior was clean when we arrived, and plenty of cleaning supplies to help us keep up for a 7 week stay. We met nice neighbors, walked the quiet streets, and enjoyed our 2023 snowbird season. Perfect if you need space for a family and don’t require a pool.

could be better

I hadn't gotten any information about the house prior to my arrival. I emailed the owner before i got there to see how to check in. I was told where the key would be. When I got there, there was no info about the wi fi password. Since I had only talked to the owner through the website, I had no way of contacting her without the wi fi. i had to call VRBO who put me in touch with her. To make the stay more comfortable, nightstands at the beds with a lamp would be welcome. A better selection of dishes and glasses would be good. these say "yard sale" very clearly. A dresser for guest use would be welcome. the washer and dryer were great. Extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood

Perfect snowbird stay

Lovely updated home in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Close to golf, restaurants, and shopping. Great neighborhood for walking or sitting on the porch (we brought our own chairs). House was clean when we arrived and the host was very responsive for questions and even checked on us after a storm. Highly recommend and hope to be back again.
