This house has everything needed for a short stay and is conveniently located to everything we needed. The manager was available when needed. It was perfect for all of us and would stay there again.

Clean and cute

Everything we needed,super clean. It would be a great place for a family reuion. Plenty of beds and we loved having the 2 bathrooms! The short walk to the lake was an added bonus! We would definitely recommend to friends.

SylvanShores is quiet area of Lake Placid

Kitchen had adequate supplies, coffee maker, air fryer, . washer and dryer in garage worked very wl. plenty of hot water fir showers.

Cute Home in Lake Placid Area

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. It was great for my spouse and I while visiting friends in the Lake Placid area. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood only a short drive into the town center. The property manager was very quick to respond to our communication.

Great little house!

We were a group of 6 adults evacuating the west coast of Florida due to hurricane Milton. We had a brief stay but our time there was a sanctuary from the storm. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our host, Maria, was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this home if you visit the beautiful Lake Placid area!

House in Lake Placid FL

The house was clean and well kept. It is tucked away in the back of a neighborhood. The arrangement of the beds was not quite as described in the listing, but it worked out fine. This house is probably the best value in the area.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood, where you can ride bikes, go to lake 3 minutes for fishing and sailing, if you prefer the automotive activities we have the Sebring racetrack at 22 minutes and a very cute clowns museum just 7 minutes, additionally the downtown is 5 minutes where you can find train station with a very nice museum and if you want you could take a ride in the train which is fantastic!! Also we are near to hunting clubs and natural reserve including the Great Lake June where you can find boats for rent! Finally the town has very nice restaurants cafes and wine bars so next time you can make a lot of plans there !

A nice place to relax after a long day

I am very much Mr. fumble fingers, so I don’t deal well with the real estate agent type key box, but I manage to open it. After that things, we’re on the upswing the house is nicely furnished, simple, tasteful, and comfortable. If I were going to stay there for more than a couple days there are a lot of things I would need to stock basics like Kleenex and soaps, shampoo, that type of thing if you’re not traveling with your own hotel size, you will need to pick it up at the local grocery. The property was easy to find Tucktaway in a nice little neighborhood. It was quiet, but conveniently located to grocery store, cash machine, gas and all the things you need when you’re traveling and sightseeing. The purpose of my trip was fishing so I was up way before the sun, and usually did not return until the sun had gone down again. I did not have a chance to avail myself of the bicycle, but if I came back, I would definitely use it. Communications with the owner was easy and they were very responsive. Overall the place was exactly what I needed.
