Important Guest Guidelines for Your Stay
1. Outdoor BBQ Grill
• The cleaning crew does not clean the outdoor BBQ grill.
• If the grill is left in a messy condition, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be applied. We kindly ask that you leave it clean for the next guest.
2. Garbage and Recycling
• Household garbage and recyclables must be separated and disposed of properly.
• Disposal is permitted only at the Trash Collection Center, located behind the Welcome Center.
• The Trash Collection Center is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (hours may vary during holidays or inclement weather).
• A gate card is required to access the Trash Center. Please deposit the gate card in the dropbox upon exiting the community.
• Note: If any garbage or recyclables are left behind, an additional $200 fee will be charged.
3. Unregistered Guests and Pets
• Unannounced guests or unregistered pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
• A $200 fee will be applied if this rule is violated.
