We are in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown but have an amazing pool to beat the heat! The state of the art vaulted ceilings, coupled with the breathtaking natural light, makes this space feel both fresh and relaxing. This East Nashville house is nestled in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood, yet only a short ride to Downtown. Lover of nature? Pack a picnic, and enjoy peaceful walk to Shelby Park!
This is a brand new, one bedroom home! This house was built entirely by the owners, and doubles as a recording studio during the off season. Needless to say, this build was (and still is) such a sweet labor of love! We are so exited to share this space!

This is a brand home. Guests will have a parking spot right in front of the house. Please note that the main house is occasionally occupied by us (the owners) but we travel a lot so are rarely here. We believe in giving our guests space, but please know we absolutely love hosting!
We want our guests to soak up every minute of Nashville, so we will be leaving you to enjoy your stay! If you need anything at all, please contact Local Rental Host, as they are on call 24/7 and happy to help!

Pool is completely private to this house. It’s very spacious and completely private / separate.
This rental is for the DOWNSTAIRS part of the house. You will notice a spiral staircase in the pictures, however, the loft is for storage.
