This amazing, 2-bedroom town home is perfect for your family's next beach getaway! The home is about a half block from the sugary sands of the world's most beautiful beaches.

The home itself is spacious and very comfortable for all. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for mealtime, and you'll look forward to relaxing in front of the huge flat-screen TV in the family room after a long day at the beach. This beautiful rental is made up of the 2nd and 3rd floor of the home. On the second floor is the main living area, with kitchen, dining, living room (comfy sofas 2 small kids could sleep) and one bedroom. You'll find a king-sized bed in the bedroom with its own TV and cable; as well, private access to the full guest bathroom.

On the 3rd floor, is very large room with a king size bed. There is also a TV with cable and full bathroom upstairs. And don't forget the from the patio on the 3rd floor to catch some smaller gulf views!

Parking for 2 vehicles. Parking is very tight, so large vehicles be warned. Will need to park one care behind the other.

Guests must bring their own beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available on the beach.

Guests are provided starter paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, and trash bag. If more are required for stay guests must provide their own.

PCB trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time at this property. I really enjoyed my stay. Cleanliness was A 1. The property was great, furniture and patio set needs up graded. Otherwise the beach access was great, walking distance. Area was not far from anything 2 mile radius. I would stay again. If furniture is up graded. Enjoyed trip we had everything we needed. I’ll give it a 4 out of 5.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! It was very close to the beach and pretty central to anything else we wanted to do. The only complaint was the cobwebs on the ceiling. The linens were clean, the furniture was clean and the floors were clean. Overall a great stay!!

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The check in process was very easy. It was pretty clean other than the cobwebs on the ceiling. All of the furniture and linens were clean. Very close to the beach. Overall it was a great stay! Would stay again.
