Located just a short walk to Montauk's pristine beaches ( ocean or bay ), parks, the village, local restaurants and clubs, the train and the Hampton Jitney awaits this small, well appointed space with one bedroom with a separate living and kitchen area. . Nestled in a quiet, old Montauk neighborhood, look no further for a nice relaxing vacation. The cottage ( attached ) has its own separate, private fenced in yard, with a gas grill, outdoor table with umbrella and lounge chairs. We also provide a set of beach chairs and beach towels for your stay.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful and in a great location, just a short walk from town. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved having access to the private backyard, where we enjoyed grilling and a BBQ one evening. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was super cute and had everything we needed to be perfectly set up for the weekend. There’s a full refrigerator which was great for our stay as we picked up a few groceries and were able to keep our stuff cold before and after the beach. The cabinets are fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils, and even some Tupperware we used for the beach. Fresh paper towels and toilet paper, plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach towels, grill in the backyard with an outdoor table and lounge chairs; literally had everything setup for a romantic weekend. It felt cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. Our host was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, helpful, very communicative, and incredibly accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Short drive to the town, it was nice to be offset a little so we didn’t experience the rush and noise of the town at night. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Mary was an amazing host! The apartment was cozy, quiet and very clean. The private fenced in yard in the back was a plus. Minutes drive to everywhere Montauk. Would stay again hands down.

Great apartment!

We loved our stay - the unit is cozy but very clean and perfect for a couple (and we had a small dog with us). Beach chairs and towels were provided, which was a huge plus, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to help us cook our meals we grilled each night. Nice backyard and location overall.

Fantastic Weekend for 2

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend and had the best time - the accommodation is perfect for a long weekend in Montauk. Short walk to the beach, close to town and all the restaurants, and the space itself is really awesome (we used the grill to bbq one night). 100% would love to stay again

Perfect hideaway

Quiet, private, well-appointed spot with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located within walking distance to town, it has its own outdoor area perfect for lounging and cooking out. We loved it!

Lovely little cottage and host

We enjoyed our stay at Mary’s little cottage that is well situated to get to everything in town. The happy surprise is that it is surrounded by flowers and tomato plants. The place had everything we needed. It is small but perfect for two. We’d love to come back.

Lovely unit,well stocked. Host exceptional ly helpful

Lovely, but small unit. Many positive qualities. Yard, grill, lovely host, helpful well furnished .. amenities. Only issue was bed/bedroom. Might not be an issue for most. Queen bed with almost no room on either side and you roll towards center of bed. Ideal location. Near beaches , restaurant….Lovely unit for most.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I decided to take a weekend in Montauk as we had never been. This cute little endearing place came up when I searched so I booked it! We had a great stay- place is conveniently located near town. Mary was very communicative and helpful in suggesting some local restaurants to try. Would definitely consider staying here again.

As Expected

No surprises- all as advertised. The bed is, as other reviewers mention, tightly placed in the bedroom but we found it quite comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen but the space is adequate as is the sitting area. The property is in a quiet location which we found especially nice to then be able to sit in the little yard eating breakfast and taking an afternoon nap. It’s also not too far from the main area of restaurants and shops. Also, tip for beach access: if early enough you’ll find free parking with no hour limit just down the street from Left Hand Coffee. Beach chairs and towels were provided to us- much appreciated!

Perfect perfect perfect!

Charming cottage with beach vibes! Excellent location, incredibly clean and very comfortable. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with - check in was simple and easy. 5 stars all around - would highly recommend and will likely be returning.

Great week at the beach

Property is just as stated, great little spot for a week in Montauk. I had a car which was great for going further but not necessary. Mary was very easy to contact and responsive. Great trip and would stay again!
