When you arrive to the property, take the time to enjoy the history as you swing open the gate and walk towards the porch (fun fact – part of the original gate is hanging on the living room wall to provide extra character and charm). Once you make it to the door, take a seat on the swing and snap a few pictures with your group in front of the Nashville sign!
Entryway: Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle; the entryway of the house is shared with living room, but it's definitely spacious. The daybed in the entryway is the same style / design as the one in the third bedroom, for reference.
Living Room: Providing a few different options to relax, the living room has two oversized accent chairs, a very comfortable cloud-like couch, and two ottomans. The coffee table also doubles as storage for board games!
First Bedroom: Queen Bed & Desk Area: Joining us for a business trip? This room is equipped with a desk.
Master Bedroom: King Bed & Master Bathroom: Looking for a spacious room with an oversized bathroom? Call dibs on this room!
Third Bedroom: Queen Bed & Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle: This room is a personal favorite - enjoy the direct access to the backyard and extra windows for gorgeous lighting!
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen, providing all of your cooking and dining needs. Take a night off from eating out (even as a local sometimes it’s hard to do that with all of the amazing choices we have) OR order take-out and eat around the table with your friends and family!
Backyard: Grill out or just hang out - your choice! Either way you and your guests will enjoy the luscious greenery that provides privacy!
