Thank you for your feedback. I’ve replaced the cleaning crew and will make sure the unit is thoroughly cleaned moving forward. I’ve checked the lock and it works correctly, but I will upgrade it to a more user-friendly option to improve the guest experience.

Top Notch Stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Clean home and plenty of space for a large group of people. Close to the bus stop to get around to different parts of the city. Host was responsive when we reached out with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a cousins trip of 15 and the property was a great fit for us. Lots of rooms/beds and sleeping options. Clean and quiet. Close to Broadway and other food shopping and restaurants. Similar to other comments there were issues with locking doors, but we bolted one door from the inside, and locked the door knob on the other door.

Host was easy to communicate with and the fit and finish of the house was about what we expected considering the good price and the amenities to host 12 people. Check in and check out was very easy as well. That being said, we weren't able to connect to the wifi for the 3 days of our stay. There were also mice in the house that got into our food and suitcases. We found at least 1 mouse was living in the pull out couch. The owner had a package of mouse traps there that we set out and killed 2 mice.

Thank you for your review. I have reset the Wi-Fi password to make it easier to remember and use. I also hired a handyman to inspect the entire house and repair a hole that mice could have entered through. I believe the issue has been fully resolved and no mice should be able to enter the house.

Awesome VRBO minutes away from Broadway

Had a GREAT time at this VRBO. Frank was very responsive and nice, even brought us additional supplies when asked! Everything was perfect in this property, and was only 5 mins away from Broadway.

Frank was extremely communicative and so kind. Property is exactly as described and pictured - very clean in all respects. The rooftop definitely steals the show — it was so wonderful.

Wonderful property

We booked this for 12 guys but only half showed up, this end up being way more room than we needed but was a great problem to have. Everyone had their own bathroom and space to lay.

Loved this place!

6 couples that we've been friends with for over 50 years came together to attend a son's wedding. This place was perfect to fit all of us. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean...two musts for us. Frank got back to me almost immediately when I contacted him.

House is amazing for big group-everyone was able to get their own bathroom, which is the best! House was clean and accommodating. Like others stated-the front door was hard to get in and out of sometimes. House is located in not the best part of the neighborhood, kind of rough, but nobody bothered us and seems like they are trying to clean up parts of that area with new structures. But location was close to downtown and had a short uber drive. Owner was very good with communication and took care of anything that came up. Thank you.

Football Weekend in Nashville

Overall, home was great for our very large multi-family group (which is why we selected the property). About 2 miles from downtown and similar to Vandy stadium for game day. Home could use a little TLC, but we enjoyed our time and Host was very responsive when we reached out for support.

Nashville family reunion

We were a group of 13. The place suited us well. A great upper deck with a fire table we enjoyed after being out enjoying Nashville all day. The owner Frank was responsive to our needs. Location requires Ubers everywhere but they were quick and easy.

All in all very good

The property was very well set up for our large group. Location was decent. ($10-15 Uber to downtown) No ammenties in close proximity (walking distance) Frank took care of any and all issues we came across . We would stay here again if we had a large group

Good time

Overall a great experience. Location was a bit concerning, but it wasn't bad at all. Great deck to hang out. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. I would recomend amd come back again. Roughly 5 minutes from Broadway, can't go wrong. Our host, Frank, was very attentive.

Excellent!

We stayed in this house for the weekend to celebrate my husband and friends turning 30! There were 10 people and the house was plenty big enough for all of us. It was a short drive to Broadway and was easy to get Uber drivers to pick us up. Frank, the property owner, was so accommodating and easy to talk too. He let us do early check in and the day we were checking out let us keep our luggage there until we went to the airport later that day. I highly recommend booking this property!

The house was really nice and comfortable. We liked the space and that it was large enough to accommodate all 15 of us. We did have a few hiccups, the remote controls to the tv and the thermostat needed batteries replaced. The bottom bunk beds could be raised a little instead of being low to the floor, made it really hard/difficult (for adults) to get up from them. The grass was high, and it needed to be cut. We were uncomfortable being back there. Could have more parking space, we parked across the street in the church parking lot. The people around the area were polite and courteous. Overall, the house was clean, and the stay was pleasant. If we are in Nashville, I would like to stay here again. I recommend it to others. Thank you :)

Turning 50 in Nashville

With 13 grown adults whose aging aliments keep us from being able to share rooms due to C-PAP usage this place was very accommodating to fit our needs. Many rooms with bathrooms for those frequent night potty breaks. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living area large. the manager was ready to answer questions we had and checked on us. The neighborhood is up and coming but you may not want to walk around at night but that's what Ubers are for. Patio was a really great and would definitely stay here again with a big group.

Terrible communication and neighborhood

We stayed there for my husband's 50th birthday. We were to stay three nights but checked out after only one. The house is located in an unsafe neighborhood. Our Uber driver was even concerned for our safety. Our feeling was confirmed when we heard gun shots in the middle of the night. The owner does not respond to simple messages such as "what is the wifi password?". I had to reach out right before check in to see how we get in as I received nothing about check in. The dishwasher also did not work. We would not ever stay there again.

I am managing multiple properties. Lisa sent me a message using an unfamiliar phone. I contacted my guest living in different house and was told "no issues". I am sorry for a mistake and got this bad review.
