FLOORPLAN
⭐This penthouse dream vacation welcomes you with the magical view of Destin Harbor and the East Pass rock jetties leading the way to the Gulf of Mexico. Staying here you will see why Emerald Grande is the flagship of condos of Destin Harbor. In the master bedroom, you will find your own private balcony accessible by wide sliding glass doors. Here is your retreat for morning coffee or late evening sky views. The living room opens to another balcony with access to the guest bedroom.

The MASTER suite consists of a KING size bed, private in-suite bath, and private balcony access. The SECOND bedroom has a KING size bed with balcony access and the THIRD bedroom has one set of TWIN bunk beds. There is also a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping. The large kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and dining table that seats six. Flat screen TV's and WIFI throughout making it easy to stay in touch with family and friends while you have the best vacation ever. You will also find a washer and dryer in the unit to freshen your clothes after a day at the beach.

RESORT
⭐Emerald Grande Resort is one of the most desirable resorts in Destin. You will love the spectacular views of the Destin Harbor, East Pass, Destin Bridge, Crab Island, and the Gulf of Mexico. The resort is located just above Harborwalk Village and you are only steps from numerous restaurants, waterfront shopping and entertainment for everyone! Head to the marina and choose from an assortment of water excursions such as paddle board and kayak rentals, pontoon and jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing trips, pirate ship excursions and more. At night you can enjoy weekly fireworks, Fat Tuesday parades, live entertainment and more! You are sure to find something for everyone!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

Other things to note:

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers Resort Wi-Fi, which is a open/public network. Wi-Fi details can be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter or in the digital guidebook. While we understand the importance of staying connected, we cannot guarantee internet speed or signal strength, especially during peak season when demand is high. For faster speeds, we recommend bringing a hotspot device. Please note: Streaming services are not available due to the Wi-Fi being an open network, but cable TV is provided on all TVs.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available in the Northside Parking Garage as well as the East side of the resort. You will pick up a packet at the front desk that will have the key card for the room and (2) parking passes.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Emerald Grande offers their own beach service. Guests can contact them prior to arrival for more information. There is also a free water taxi shuttle service to the private beach. The water shuttle runs every 30 minutes during peak season from 9am-6pm. During the off-season, the water shuttle runs every hour.

POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ There are two pools and two hot tubs at Emerald Grande. One indoor pool and one outdoor pool and both pools are not heated. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. If you arrive before 4:00 p.m. you may get your amenity cards from the resort and enjoy the resort amenities until 4PM!

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. NOTE: Emerald Grande will allow guests to use a free amenities card prior to their check-in time.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
