My family, parents and a couple friends all stayed at this beautiful home, a total of 8 of us. It was the perfect location for our travel needs and the home was very comfortable.

Fabulous area

The house was lovely by all accounts. The front and back yards need some work but all in all, was a great place to stay. Could use some TLC on curb appeal. We loved the entire area of Cocoa Beach and Cocoa. Was very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. It was 100 degrees every day we were there and the A/C worked like a charm! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Oasis

We had lovely stay. Perfect location for Kennedy Space Center. The pool and house made for a wonderful time. We apprecaited all the extra thought and accommodations. Clean and comfortable!

The house was great! Lots of the essential items were already there which was helpful. The only thing i would complain about is that the beds were hard..other than that the stay was great!

Family fun in the sun

We had a great time overall staying at this Merritt Island home. There were a few opportunities that could be improved on, but overall we had a great time. The listing said the pool guy comes on Wednesday, and that was great because we were leaving Wednesday morning. When the guy showed up on Tuesday, we were a bit surprised. He said he always comes Tuesday. So there was a lapse in communication there. Also, the shower in the hallway bathroom could use a new shower head/faucet. When turning on the shower, water still comes out of the faucet, and created very little shower pressure. We enjoyed the pool, but were bummed when we were made to get out because of the pool guy. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. It’s worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Family Time

3 of us from NJ stayed here while visiting Florida family. Check-in was very easy and the house was spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked so we were able to easily prepare meals. The beds were very comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet so we slept soundly each night. We had beautiful weather and were able to sit outside by the pool or on the porch most of the time. The pool could have used a bit more water, as the level was low, but we were still able to enjoy it even though it was quite chilly. I would definitely stay here again.

Home was very nice, clean and had everything that was need for 2 day stay. Nice pool, although was unable to use it due to weather being a little cool.Overall great place to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic rental house, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need.The pool was a highlight of our stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and provided hours of fun and relaxation. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.Having laundry facilities on-site was incredibly convenient. It made our stay so much easier, especially with kids. We didn't have to worry about packing too many clothes or finding a laundromat.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for family gatherings or just relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was ideal, close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We felt right at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house.Overall, this rental house exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay. We can't wait to come back

Wonderful house

Fantastic home, with a property manager who was incredibly responsive. The pool was wonderful! Close location to cocoa beach, and amenities. I would say that the neighborhood was fair to good, with no real issues.

Better than advertised

The property was amazing and delivered above and beyond. It worked as a great home base for visiting Kennedy Space Center, we even got to see a launch. Close to nearly everything, but not in a super busy area. The neighborhood was quite, safe, and easy to navigate. The pool was a hit and tons of extra amenities. Tons of space, you have everything you need, what a great place to stay. We WILL be staying again when we travel down next. This is one of the best rentals we have had!

This is a great property in a great location. This home is beautiful on the inside with beautiful finishes! The pool and patio furniture were amazing as well! The best kind of vacation is when you feel like you are home, but in a beautiful and warm place. We loved the coziness, the backyard and pool and the short drive to the beaches! We can’t wait to stay again.

Terrific House in Sweet Neighborhood, Minutes from All!

What a terrific home! It's bigger than it appears, and a wonderful layout that made it incredibly comfortable for our weekend stay. The (3) bedrooms are off to the left, while the kitchen and large family room to the right. (4) of us stayed for the weekend, and it was just the perfect amount of space. The enclosed porch outside provided a terrific place for evening chats and morning coffee. The place was wonderfully "beach-y" decorated, perfectly clean, and the owner/management company clearly paid a lot of attention to the extra details that make a stay comfortable - coffee pods, array of complimentary snacks and extra bathroom accessories, and more. We felt instantly at home and enjoyed our stay immensely! House is also in a great location to both Coco (7mins) and Cocoa Beach (15mins), where we spent much of our time. Hope to return again, and thanks for a lovely stay!
