Bring Your Own:Bare Bones/Nothing Extra

I’ll start with the positives…good WiFi and nice neighborhood. That’s about it. The property is just ok, it could use some TLC. Bare minimums, or I should say barely minimum? Not very clean. The stove was filthy, the house wasn’t vacuumed. Walls need cleaning or paint, carpets need to be cleaned. Master bedroom sitting area has NO furniture and I don’t think they have EVER vacuumed under the bed in master suite. I paid for and replaced the HVAC filters that were so filthy they were being sucked into the vents. I hired a cleaning crew the 1st weekend after check-in to clean, I’ll leave that there. Pots & pans unacceptable, scratched and peeling. The pots/pans cabinet smells like overheated grease. Bring your own pots & pans…did. The toaster oven (gross) needs to be in the trash. The coffee maker is a 2 cup but no coffee…again bring your own. Two towels and one hand towel per guest…bring your own. Like I said, BARE minimum. Cable sucks too. I booked/paid for 5 weeks, ditched after 4 weeks.

My family and I had an amazing time in Stockton. The home is beautiful and spacious. The owner responds quickly and is very friendly. We can't wait to return next year!!

Amazing view and comfortable home environment

This home is amazing the view in the morning is so relaxing we really enjoyed ourselves and the rooms are so comfortable . the home is very clean If the neighborhood is so clean and quiet if I can give this property above 5 stars I would this is one amazing stay I look forward to returning soon

Great big house plus outside fun!

My son's wedding was in Stockton so I booked this property for my family of 3 and my sister's family of 4; there was plenty of room. As an added bonus the property backs up to a private lake and the host provided a paddle boat and kayaks for us to use. Adults and kids had a great time!

Great Escape!

Easy access, extremely clean, quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed relaxing in back yard with lake view. Spent a lot of time fishing. Well worth checking out.

NIce Place To Stay

The place was big enough for our family. Very nice location by the lake. Enjoyed the paddle boat and our grandsons enjoyed the fishing. The neighbors were very friendly. We did find out from them that fishing is catch and release. This should be stated on the web site. We rented the place for a week and a couple mornings we were unable to enjoy sitting out back for our morning coffee and take in the beautiful view of the lake because the lawn care guy and friend were fishing. The rooms upstairs had unwelcome visitors (ants). They were in our luggage, couldn’t sit on the floor or leave anything on the floor. I brought these issues to the owner. I would of thought we would have been compensated in some way because of the issues but the owner never mentioned anything. Hopefully, he has taken care of this before renting to the next people.

Don’t Stay Here!

This place is too awesome to share. Don’t book here because then I won’t be able to book it any time I want to. Place is as described, plenty of room, great location near shops and secure, gated community. Tuan even has kayaks available for use on the lake right off the backyard. Best VRBO place I’ve stayed, and I travel for work a lot

Over The Top

Enjoy your morning coffee gazing over your private waterfront view or decide to take out a furnished kayak or SUP out for some exercise. Immaculate and spacious with all the amenities found in high end homes. Stroll through the gated community or to the park just a short walk away. Shopping and dining just minutes away. Very accommodating and responsive hosts. Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful place to stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Stockton!

Wonderful place to stay at. Perfect if you want to get away from the city to relax and enjoy the scenic small lake in the back of the house where you can ride a boat and fishing right from the back yard. The comforts home is neat, clean, large, and cozy. Great location, lovely quiet neighborhood. Stayed 3 nights and had everything we needed to cook meals with everything you would need, if you were to have forgotten something, Walmart, Target, Costco and Lowe … are near by. Love this place and will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Stockton!

We love it and will be back soon!

We had the chance to spend couple days over the weekend at this property with our in law family and friend, all i can say is a big great! The stay is worth way more than what the rent actually cost us, we will be back soon in next few months, our in law family actually booked it again for Nov when we plan for the big family reunion. We received the code for the gate and the house 2 days before we arrived with the welcome message from the owner. When we arrived the property we loved it at the first sight for its great lake view and its comfort when we walked in. The property has the great unique private lake view, all the rooms and the facilities that we can expect from a 5 stars hotel for 8 of us with the cost at 1/3 of the cost at the 5 stars hotel plus the privacy that the hotel cannot offer. The house is clean and well maintained. We can do the fishing right in the backyard of the house, the owner also provided the 02 Kayaks that we had the fun race on the lake right few steps from the back yard of the property. The kids have lot of fun here. The property is at the central of the North Stockton, at the Spanos Park which is close to everything if you need to. The owner also has the list of Vietnamese food available in the property that you can order for delivery if you want to try. We tried and loved them, very affordable and convenient. Couple days is kind of short and we can’t discover much about the area but we love this property and its neighbor already. I will tell my friend about this hidden gem too. We will be back soon!!

We choose this as our luxury vacation home during pandemic. The gated community, nice and quiet neighbors make us feel safe and peaceful. We often seat in the back yards, on grass, under shades of trees, relaxing in front of the beautiful lake with fresh breeze air. Access to the lake also give our family fun times with pedal boating, kayaking, and fishing.
