Great stay and place. Host was prompt in responses. I read reviews before we went and the little things that other reported as small issues were already updated. Impressed with there diligence with correction to anything that anyone reported. Quiet area. Walking distance to good was a plus!! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! The property was very clean, warm, and welcoming . The host was great at communicating and kind, the location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was wonderfully spacious and clean with lots of useful amenities. Mamie was very responsive, flexible, and kind. Parking was very easy and the location is perfectly nestled by one of Clifton's hippest corridors.

Very cute space, well decorated. Off and on street parking available. Very short walk to nice restaurants, bars, and shops. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Access was easy and instructions and information were very clear and helpful. The host was prompt and pleasant, though we had no issues at all.

Quiet neighborhood, easy walking to good restaurants, coffee shop, bakery. Modern appliances, decor. The only things missing were floor lamps for reading, lower light; has only overhead fixtures. Bed at an awkward angle, had to enter/exit from bottom of bed.

Host was amazing and responded promptly to requests for a shower mat/anti-slip mat. Area is great, accessed all parts of the city quickly and easily. Parking was simple, but beware if you have a large SUV, your 3 point turn may become a 15 point, LOL. Loads of hangers in the closet, clean place, great front porch. The only suggestion I have is to add a small shelf in the bathroom for the various tidbits used to get ready like deodorant and makeup. 10/10 and can't wait to return.

We couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The place was way cleaner and nicer than expected. The villa was quite inexpensive when comparing it with others in Cincinnati and it was in a cute neighborhood. If you want to be near the zoo or hospital it would serve you well. We didn't need to be near those things but it was a great location with easy access to the freeway and the rest of Cincinnati. Would definitely recommend staying here, but large SUVs need to understand you will likely not fit in the parking lot in back. We tried, but it was way too tight due to other cars near the spot. There was plenty of parking in front and if you make a 5-point turn you'll be good! We didn't go to the restaurants or coffee in the area, but they seemed to be great places the locals love to go to. The nearby park was wonderful for walking our dog as well.Communication was excellent throughout and we would definitely stay here again.

It is in a great location. Close to the zoo, aquarium, and downtown. The area where it's located has a lot to do itself. Pet friendly apartment with a good patch of grass in front for quick bathroom breaks for your pup. Nice neighborhood to walk your pup and see all it has to offer, or just get some coffee while your out. Tom and Mamie communicate quickly and are very friendly. They provide alot of information about the area as well. I recommend Dewey Pizza which is feet away if you want a quick and quality bite.

We stayed at this property two nights. It looks just like it does in the photos and was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed a lot of time on the porch and the porch swing. It was walkable to restaurants and to a park if you like hiking trails. We were also 3 minutes from the zoo and not too far from the ballpark. I would highly recommend this property. The owner even stopped over the first night we were there to see if we had everything and how we were doing.

Mamie and Tom were fantastic hosts...quick to respond and very accommodating. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The decor was so pretty. It was the cleanest place we've ever stayed on vacation. I had my tea every morning on the beautiful porch. The location was perfect, close to everything but also quiet. The parking is tight but we managed to get in and out easily enough in our 4Runner. There is also plenty of on street parking. There's a smart tv in both the living room and bedroom. This place had everything we needed and we can't wait to visit again!
