Sit on the balcony sipping your wine as you watch the amazing colorful sunsets like you've never seen before. Every window in the house has a breathtaking view.

No Steps! This penthouse unit with easy elevator access is spacious and sleeps 6 comfortably. It has one king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the secondary bedroom, and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. The primary bathroom has a step-in shower and a separate jetted bathtub. The secondary bathroom has a step-in shower. This penthouse unit has a great private boat dock. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook, but there are fabulous restaurants nearby if you'd rather let someone else do the cooking.
The complex has an abundance of amenities including an outdoor pool and hot tub, BBQ pits, tennis courts, and waterfront picnic areas.

The lake views from most every window are beautiful. The elevator makes the unit easily accessible. The unit was clean and beds very comfortable. Very pleased with the condo unit. If you are bringing a boat please note the following: 1. Public boat ramp is not close to the unit. 2. The trailer parking mentioned in the listing is padlocked shut and was unavailable. 3. The dock is located on a main busy channel and the boat will see a lot of wake while in the dock. 4. To access the dock you have to go down about 5 flights of stairs. These weren’t deal breakers but would have been good to know on the front end.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Extremely clean and we had a perfect view of the Lake Hamilton fireworks. Our host did an amazing job of checking in with us as well.

Beautiful lake and sunset views!

Nice spacious condo. Great views and convenient location. Clean, well-maintained & furnished. Easy access to third-floor via elevator. Responsive & pleasant host. The only significant concern was a tornado damaged window in the primary bedroom, awaiting replacement. It had been boarded up temporarily (we were made aware of this before the booking), however, the temporary fix was poorly done with significant gaps around the boards used, allowing heat/humidity inside, along with noise from the nearby highway. Apparently the host was unaware of the poor temporary fix but we reported it. Also had a concern with check in confusion at the entrance gate, due to conflicting gate code information in the booking details. Reported to host and hopefully this has been cleaned up. Overall, we would consider this property for a future stay (with the broken window replaced, of course).

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

Property has a very nice floor plan and was easily accessible. Description and photos were accurate. Owner communication was very good and timely. Great area close to many Lake Hamilton amenities.

Amazing!

The property is amazing! Very clean and kitchen is fully stocked and the beds extremely comfortable. We were in direct view of the fireworks and the children loved them! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Hot Springs! This property will not disappoint! Thank you Marji for being a fantastic host!

Great view nice place

Very nice place with great views. Only downside was that the hot tub smelled really bad like there was algal bloom or something. But that is on the complex, not the owner.

Awesome place to stay

Very nice location. Right off lake. Sunsets are amazing from this property. It was just as advertised in the pictures. Very clean. All around great place. Loved it.

Wonderful experience!

We had such a wonderful stay! We brought our grandson with us for a long weekend trip! The place was clean and neat. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and plates and glasses galore! Lots of great storage. Comfy bed! Good showers and tub! Swimming pool was wonderful!!Comfy couch! Lots of great dining areas! The best is the view that looks over a gorgeous point on Lake Hamilton! We hope to make another trip back with the granddaughters next!

Great location

The condo is in a great location close to everything you want to do in hot springs. The condo is very clean and plenty of space for 6 people. It has 2 balconies 1 has water views and is very peaceful. The pool was nice and clean beds were comfortable. All and all it was a great trip and I would recommend staying here. Also it’s a top floor unit which I prefer so you don’t have anyone stomping above you and there is an elevator for hauling luggage up.

Convenient location with great views.

The location of the property was very convenient and property was clean and has a great view of the lake. There’s also a community pool that the kids enjoyed in the afternoons.

Pentouse Condo on the Lake

The photos presented on VRBO were a true representation. The unit is older but nice. The couch was very uncomfortable and we couldn't watch TV on any of the televisions. Possibly due to a cable issue, not anything against the owner. The unit has high ceilings and some nooks up high. There were alot of spider webs in those areas. I would expect that they would clean that. Beds were comfy, the view is absolutely amazing and the owner was extremely helpful. There is a private covered boat doc and a locked boat/trailer storage area. The storage area is very hard to maneuver into if there is another boat/trailer in there, but was very nice to be able to lock up our boat/trailer. And the boat doc does not have bumpers (need to bring your own) and there are no cleats for tying up your boat (bring long/strong ropes). Neither of these items are the fault of the owner. All in all it was a pleasant stay. I will be staying here again.
