Beautifully situated house, located on the hills above the small port town of Colonia de Sant Pere in a quiet residential area.
Set in a large (50 acres) Mediterranean garden, has a breathtaking view not only of the small harbor town but on the whole coast of Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort, Alcudia to Cap Formentor in the north.
The view extends westward to the 50 km away Tramuntana; on clear days you can see the first 443 m high, often snowy Puig Major even here. Sideways is a look at the Mont Farrutx. Regularly you can here see wild goats on the rocky ledges. At night, there is absolute silence, only the crickets chirp is heard softly on warm summer nights. Since no major city located in the vicinity of the starry sky at moonless nights is fabulous.
The property is fully self-sufficient on the edge of a small quiet residential district and in addition to the garden via a large pool terrace with the above mentioned one-time views, a large heated from May to October pool and a covered outdoor barbecue grill with a large table, chairs, bar, kitchen countertop and sink.
The swimming pool has an inlaid cover against heat loss and pollution. This disappears during the day by electric control under ground. The pool is heated by solar cells, which are supported on Sun lack of a heat pump. This guarantees a pleasant water temperature of May to October.
