Adorable 2 Bedroom 2 bath 1st floor unit with a relaxing, covered patio. The location is super convenient. The beach and Lucy are just 3 blocks away. And it's a short 2 blockwalk to Tomatoes, Maynards, Sofias, Betty's, Steve and Cookies and the water park on the bay. FYI pets are negotiable. The property does have central air and a shed with 4 beach chairs

Enjoyed our stay at this property. House was very clean and well kept with beautiful landscaping.. Front porch was also nice to sit out at night and enjoy the lively vibe in the area . House is in great location walkable to all restaurants and stores . The only negative was street parking only hard to get a spot once you moved your car

Margate vacation

The house was so nicely appointed and comfortable. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Sitting on the front porch area was great people watching! Pam is an amazing host and very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Great beach location.

The condo / apartment was modern,clean, a full kitchen, comfortable setting however there is no backyard at all so you need to be aware of that otherwise the neighborhood was safe and friendly. You can walk to just about everything, to get dinner, a CVS nearby also a Wawa anything you need is within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable condo in great location!

Very clean and comfortable downstairs condominium with nice little covered porch out front. Conveniently located to CVS, Wawa as well as Steve & Cookie's, Tomato's and other fine place to dine. Weekend nights tended to quite loud with crowds leaving the local watering holes but weekdays were very quiet. 10 minute walk to the beach. Owner provided check-in information in timely manner and provided good local information. Don't forget to bring sheets and towels as well as closet hangers (none provided).
