Off street parking, patio, front porch for relaxing, grill, hose for beach clean up, games, books, and beach chairs! There is plenty of room for the whole family with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms! Absolutely lovely!

Overall, we had a great time. The house is close to beach and has everything needed for an enjoyable beach vacation. Beach gear, including chairs, cart and beach tags, worked out well. The house was very clean, included essential items that made the time here go smoothly, and the house was organized well. The second-floor bathroom was a real plus, clean and functioned excellently. First floor layout worked well, with the washer and dryer being in a separate section off the kitchen. Kitchen is small but has everything needed for a beach vacation. The bedrooms (on both the first and second floor) are actually larger than expected. Thanks, Christine.

Great weekend stay

We went to Margate for a nearby family gathering, and decided to get a VRBO instead of multiple hotel rooms for the weekend. There were 6 adults, and the house worked out perfectly. There was plenty of space (and hot water) for everyone. The kitchen is on the small side, but well equipped and had everything we needed. PROS – close to the beach, plenty of beach chairs AND TAGS(!), nicely furnished, effective and quiet window AC units in all bedrooms, off street parking, great communication from Host. Thanks Christine!

Great location

House was as advertised and was a good base for beach and relaxing family vacation. Walking distance to beach and some restaurants. We liked having upstairs for our young adult children, board games were a good addition, and plenty of beach chairs and tags. We brought umbrellas but would have been great to have one there or even one of those cool cabana things.

Marvelous Margate

My Daughter, her children (2 yrs and 3 months) , and I spent 5 days at this listing. We loved it! Close to the beach, close to groceries and restaurants, and close to ice cream! Christine was great to work with and communicated quickly when I texted. I highly recommend you stay here. We will definitely return.

Short family trip

We had a wonderful stay. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for the teens. They enjoyed playing games every night. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed for our stay. The beach chairs and tags were greatly appreciated and put to good use. The washer and dryer were also a bonus and helpful for our trip. Location was perfect to walk to the beach and to walk to breakfast or dinner.

Good space, Nice beach chairs and bikes

We really liked this place. Short walk to the beach . House is stocked with more than enough beach chairs for everyone and bikes . Park your car off the street and ride bikes for anything you need. Nice little Keurig coffee maker, and front porch to sit out in the morning. Only thing we needed was a pan to make eggs in. Plenty of towels provided . We have teenage girls that need a lot of towels. Just bring your beach towels. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, David
