Hickory Hills is in a beautiful location on Long Lake in the Saxeville WI area. The master bedroom and bath are located on the main level, with 2 kings beds, crib, desk. The open concept kitchen, dining room, livingroom w/fireplace leads out to the large deck with Wonderful Views of the lake and firepit area. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry area, and family room w/fireplace, patio doors lead to the hot tub on the patio. We are dog friendly, maximum of 2 dogs unless approved. Private pier and raft. Kayaks and paddleboards. Rental of the owner's pontoon boat. There are security cameras "outside" at the home.
Long Lake is a sand bottom, clean lake where you can enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, relaxing. The views from the deck are simply breath taking!

We loved our stay on Long lake. The cabin was clean and had many amenities. The view from the deck of the lake is beautiful and everyone enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening. We would definitely return for another family vacation!

This was our third year staying at Long Lake, and we can’t wait to come back again! The house offers a great common space for the group to gather, and big rooms and outdoor spaces when we want to spread out. The outdoor couches and chairs are super comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the lake (especially loved the floating dock!), time in the hot tub, relaxing with a show, and sitting down for a meal all together. Thanks for the hospitality!

Relaxing Lakefront Cabin

Our group of 16 enjoyed our weekend stay here. We enjoyed grilling, going out on the pontoon, and catching up around the fire. The location was perfect.

Lakeside Adventure

We loved the property. The deck that overlooks the lake wS wonderful. We spent a lot of time with activities there. The house was well stocked with everything we needed & the hot tub was a special plus to the stay. We enjoyed the area. We are planning to return again.

Perfect for Family Weekend

Perfect cabin for girls trip

This is our second year staying at this cabin, and we hope to come back for a third! Love that there’s enough space for our group to gather, but enough separate room when we want to spread out. The beds and pillows are comfy, and the deck views can’t be bear. Thanks for a great stay!

Lake house

Beautiful large lake house with a deck for 8 adults to relax and enjoy a vacation together. Plenty of room for parking and so clean! We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Long Lake Review

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The lake was a highlight for us; we couldn't get enough of swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, and the kids especially loved spending time by the lake. A perfect getaway for the whole family!

Awesome view when you wake up in the morning

This place is amazing. Especially the view from Master Bedroom at 6-7 AM when you wake up and the sun is rising over the lake. This is exactly what you need when you come from a busy and noisy city.

The best vacation spot for family bonding and relaxation!

We went here with both sides of the family after our wedding. The house is so beautiful and there are so much things to do!! The whole family enjoyed and felt more bonded after the vacation. The lake was really clean, we loved the hot tub, we were at the balcony over looking the lake 80% of the time, the bonfire place was amazing. We would definitely come back here!!!

Great for families

Everyone in my family loved the stay. Plenty to do with kayaks, paddle boards, floating dock to swim to and games for rainy days. Lots of towels and kitchen stocked was fully stocked with all the dishes, cooking pans and utinsels you could need. Loved having the washing machine/ dryer and dishwasher. Made life easier. Would definitely stay again.

Ladies Relax and Reset Weekend

We were 8 lovely ladies, stressed from work and family and life and Hickory Hills was the perfect place to rest and relax in each other’s company. The space is large enough for us to come together or to find a separate space to chill and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the lake. We loved the area and enjoyed shopping and had ice cream at Scoops. We love our time at Hickory Hills again and would absolutely rent again.

Long Lake - Saxeville - July 6-20 2023

Well equipped kitchen, quiet house great for family/friends. Introduced our 3 year old granddaughter to fishing and she loved catching small fish off the dock. Great view from the deck, enjoyed kayaking, fishing. Lots of steps (60) to the water bit of a workout but all enjoyed.

Wonderful property!!

We had a lovely girls weekend! The lake, the paddle boards, raft, fire pit, the amount of sleeping area were all perfect!! There was enough room to chat, hang out as a group or have some alone time if needed. Just some very minor things: the stairs would feel safer at night if there were solar lights to light the path. The one beam that is holding up the deck seemed like it was bowing, someone may want to check the structural impact.

12 of us got together at this central location for a 2 night mid week stay. We LOVED it there. Beautiful setting and lots of room for all of us. We loved the deck and the open living space. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. Well supplied kitchen. Make sure you bring some plastic glasses for your adult beverages however since there wasn't much for glassware. Also warning to folks who have difficulty with steps. There are a lot of them including a spiral staircase to access several bedrooms! There was an issue with the septic but we contacted the managers. It was resolved within a couple of hours with little inconvenience for our group. We rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed the crystal clear water on the lake. We all agreed we would be happy to return.

Lovely Lakehouse

Beautiful views and location. Lake is crystal clear. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. A lot of conveniences for families with a crib, pack n play, high chair, and baby gate. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back again!
