This one-bedroom suite has a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen pullout sofa in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms with showers in each as well as in suite laundry.
This boutique property is located on the island's best snorkel reef. This is a beautiful 1050 sq ft, 1st-floor OCEAN FRONT SUITE at "CORAL GARDENS" located directly on Grace Bay Beach, with a spacious patio with panoramic views of beach, ocean, and island. This suite has a fully equipped kitchen with an eating area, living room, 2 full bathrooms, and in-suite laundry and a brand new water filtration system for drinking.
DEVELOPER MANAGED GUEST SERVICES OFFICE ONSITE... book with us and you get complimentary 2 x 20 min de-stress massages on a 7-night minimum stay, welcome rum punch, beach towels, daily maid service, and guest services. We have loungers and umbrellas on the beach for you.
We can arrange for your restaurant reservations, boat trips, diving and snorkeling excursions as well as information about groceries and car rentals.

Great spot for a short getaway!

Perfect location for a long weekend. I love that Somewhere is located on property; great food and drinks. The front desk was easy to contact and great about helping with getting us a taxi when we needed. Our condo was on the first floor, and I loved being able to walk in and out!

Great stay in Grace Bay!

Coral Gardens was a great place to stay in Grace Bay! Great set up for kids and family. Property Management was nice, kind, and accommodating. Jerome was SUPER outstanding by the pool and beach area, and very helpful. Somewhere restaurant and bar has great food and super convenient. Overall great location and stay. Would gladly stay again!

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo is beautiful and kept very clean. We loved the layout, large bathrooms, kitchen and the super comfortable bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The condo is steps away from the beach where they have chairs and towels for guests. We loved our stay.

Anniversary getaway

If I could rate this a 10 star I would! The entire experience was perfect from start to finish! The unit is beautiful and clean and is literal steps from the amazing beach! The entire staff is friendly and made our stay amazing! Will for sure be back but stay for longer next time!

Paradise at Coral Gardens!

We loved our stay at the beautiful Coral Gardens. The condo is exactly as pictured and so spacious and lovely. We loved the helpful staff at the resort, and the convenience of Somewhere Cafe right on the sand. Pina coladas on the beach, anyone? Seriously, we will be back.

Grrrrrreat Unit

Well appointed and maintained unit with a friendly and helpful onsight manager Tyler. Daily housekeeping was great to have. OnSight restaurant was great spot for casual beachfront dinner. Building location next to construction site made for noisy days but we were out of unit for most of those hours so owner offered discount helped to soften the noise.

Just What We Needed

We have stayed at Coral Gardens many times and this unit quickly became one of our favorites. The unit is nicely decorated and has comfortable furnishings. The first floor location is perfect for quick trips from the beach for snacks and refreshments. It doesn't have an oven, but the toaster oven worked perfectly for the little amount of cooking we needed to do.

Paradise on Earth!!!

The place was exactly as advertised and more!!! The reef just outside place was incredible for snorkeling and diving! Big shout out to the cleaning staff and my man Maurice by the pool! The on-site Somewhere cafe was a very reasonable meal alternative!! Would and will go back! Only concern is the large construction site just next door…. We had no construction during our trip but that could be a major distraction when it begins!

Wonderful Vacation

Room was updated and very functional. Full bathrooms on first and second floor were ideal. Property was beautiful and very well maintained. Property was centrally located to hit the entire island. Customer service was fantastic. From Jerome and his group putting out chairs and towels to Tyler and Verne getting taxis, making reservations etc to the housekeeping department cleaning the room daily. Everything was fantastic. Looking forward to staying at property again in near future. There was some construction next door; however, noise was minimal. Only concern is the new building blocking the ocean view of coral gardens property. Finally, Arnold and Nahome were fantastic hosts at the Somewhere Bar. Great vacation. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful home

A wonderful stay on Grace Bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay. We planned a very quick getaway and we're honestly a bit nervous about the short-term rental experience versus staying at a resort hotel. Our prior experience with Vrbo involved a lot more upfront communication and instruction from the hosts. This registration and arrival sequence was almost too easy. The check in experience was quick and Tyler was extremely welcoming. The well-appointed condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax.The daily housekeeping service was an added peek, providing all the.comforts of home without the "honey-dos" and chores. The private beach and on site restaurant were the final touch to perfection. The restaurant staff greeted us by name, remembered our favorite treats and drinks, making us feel welcomed and valued. We have no complaints. Truly a 5-star experience and plan to visit again soon.

Construction by Coral Gardens

We have been to TC 4 times and normally rent a house with a large group but because it was just 2 of us we decided to try Coral Gardens because of the location to the reef . We were told there was construction but it was way worse than what we were expecting. They were jackhammering 7 days a week from 7-5. I would say don’t come back until the construction is complete in about a year. But I would also say that I don’t know if I would ever stay there again because of the fact that there is a huge condo being built right beside it and it is going to be swarmed with people, and take away from the charm of how Coral Gardens was before!

Beautiful

My husband and I stayed at this property mid January for one week. The condo unit itself was updated well and had everything we needed to make breakfast, light meals and to mix up a margarita or two. The unit was clean and it was great to have housekeeping available throughout the week. The bed was comfortable and the extra air conditioning in the bedroom was nice since the bedroom is half a story higher and was slightly warmer than the rest of the unit. There was also a fan on the patio which helped keep you cool and the flies away. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed several of the recommended restaurants from the owner including on-site Somewhere restaurant. Tyler with guest services was very accommodating in helping us get cabs and I would recommend going through him as we found the process were most consistent that way. He also helped arrange a full day boating excursion. Beach towels and beach chairs were easy to come by. Snorkeling was great right in front of the resort. We brought our own gear and snorkeled every day. The water is clean with no seaweed!!

Restful Vacation

The unit is as described. Love the proximity of Coral Gardens to the beach and water and having a restaurant onsite. The location is great as it on Grace Bay but not in the heart of all the shops and traffic. If you like to snorkel, having the reef right out front is extremely convenient. We like the restaurants around Turtle Cove which is very close and an easy drive. Daily housekeeping service was very nice. Not something we are used to when renting a condo. First day in the unit, we found a very friendly cat outside our slider door looking for food. Spoke with Tyler and Vern at checkin and it appears she is well known and cared for at Coral Gardens. She greeted us each morning and evening with her meows for food which ample was provided under the kitchen sink. While we are dog people, it was fun having the cat greet us each day. We had cocktails by the pool one evening and she joined us there as well. Only negative is that a big residential property is being constructed next door. The noise was never an issue just having the big structure next door is a disappointment.

need to update the living room .. the couch and chairs are not comfortable.. but the bed was good 😊

had problems with The first VRBO we rented .. was doubles booked .. but this place was nice .. everyone was nice ..

location, location, location!! View of ocean, snorkeling reef in front of the condo, you can walk for miles in either direction, ...swimming, snorkeling, diving, walking, relaxing! Somewhere Cafe and Lounge is located onsite.

This suite is located directly on Grace Bay Beach and the best snorkeling reef on the island. You just walk out your front sliding glass doors to the pool and beach.
Alexandra marine park is the largest snorkeling reef on the island directly in front of the property. Guests love this boutique resort, the warm staff and the fact that the best snorkeling & dvingin is steps from our door. Somewhere Cafe and lounge is onsite and you can enjoy drinks and meals with an incredible beach and ocean view. Doesn't get any better than this.
