Oceanfront 1 Bedroom, AMAZING views

Side Note- The property to the west has been a vacant lot, but as of 10/23, construction has begun to take place by the Hyatt Hotel Group for the Andaz Hotel. This will take from 18-24 months to complete. Given the normal wind flow, we expect minimal impact on guest visits with regards to noise or dust as the wind normally carries both away from Coral Gardens. Our unit is the FURTHEST in the building from this (see photo with heart over our unit). If you have any concerns before booking, please reach out. However, this construction should mostly not be an issue at all.

Imagine waking to the stunning views of the world-famous Grace Bay, directly in front of the crystal-clear waters of The Bight Reef (also known as Coral Gardens), the most popular snorkeling site in the Turks and Caicos. Welcome to Coral Gardens #4201!

Our recently remodeled Condominium affords a sophisticated retreat just steps from the ocean with all the necessary amenities and comforts to make your stay a memorable one. With floor to ceiling retractable doors, this 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath ocean-front condominium is just steps away from the beach.

The condo features a king-sized bed (with en-suite bathroom) and a pull-out queen sofa, which together can comfortably accommodate four. There is a washer/dryer in the condo as well as a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, coffee pot and dishwasher. If you choose to eat some of your meals in, you can enjoy dining on the patio during amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with all the pans, pots, silverware, plates, and amenities necessary. With the grocery store just 1.3 miles away, stocking up on food necessities is easy and convenient.


Onsite amenities include:

Restaurant/Bar named 'Somewhere Cafe' serves lunch and dinner and occasionally has live music.

Housekeeping services are provided every other day during your stay for a good balance of privacy and cleanliness, however if you ever need something the onsite staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Also included are beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas While the beach front is open to the public, these amenities are reserved for our Guests only. You're guaranteed the best seat on the beach.

Host was very responsive, quick to reply to any question we had. The Condo exceeded our expectations, perfect location with exceptional view from the unit, steps from the beach which offered very good snorkeling, Somewhere cafe' on property, the boat excursion we booked picked us up right off the beach in front of the unit. On site staff very helpful and friendly. Pictures dont do this island justice. Highly recommend.

My recent stay was nothing short of fabulous. The property was clean and boasts plenty of thoughtful appointments that make any visit truly worthwhile. The on-site customer service was excellent, and the beachfront view was absolutely fantastic. I will most certainly stay here again.

Really enjoyed the unit - we really enjoyed it. The A/C didn't work great, but it was really hot there. The pullout couch mattress wasn't super comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing - and staff on property are unbelievably helpful. I would definitely stay there again, but would appreciate foam topper on the pullout sofa would be a great addition.

Amazing view from the balcony. Convenient location to snorkel. The room is super clean and it had everything we needed. The reason for 4 stars is the sofa bed mattress, springs are all sticking out and noise from the spring kept kids up at night. Otherwise, we loved the stay!

Indescribable views onto Grace Bay

We have been fortunate to vacation on Providenciales 15 times so its obvious, we love this island. This condo was GREAT. Great location. Great views. Great beach steps away. Great kitchen. Great staff.And Shane was great with communication especially during my research 9 months ago.We are so glad we picked this condo for our latest 10 day Provo vacation. The next comments have nothing to do with the the condo itself as they have zero control over a new resort being built 50 feet away and especially what phase of construction the new resort would be undergoing but...unfortunately the construction crews started at 7:00am and ended at 5:00pm EVERYDAY of the week. And it was the concrete sawing phase of construction. So you can imagine the sound! It wasn't constant but being on the patio was a no-go. We understood there was the construction next door but sure got unlucky on phases.Thankfully, we spent a lot of time ON the beach where the sounds were slight or no longer heard. And we love walking the Grace Bay beach for miles so not spending time on the patio as hoped was just a little negative blip.And the weather was great too. We heard the week before we arrived, the weather was not great. Overall, this was one of our best Provo vacations.

Spectacular view and great location

The condo was as advertised. It was beautifully furnished with all the kitchen basics. The on-site management staff was friendly and helped book restaurants and snorkel trips. There were a few things outside Shane and Coral Garden’s control that might bother some renters. There is a large complex being built next door that impedes the side view from the patio and causes construction noise. Given 5 guys and a hammer seem to be building it, I’d guess construction will go on 1-2 years longer. This section of the beach has a significant amount of seaweed. None of those was a problem for us. Lastly, if you are going there to snorkel, do your homework. We found the reef severely damaged with very few fish. The beach and turquoise water was fabulous.

Relaxing Turks & Caicos

The condo was clean, updated and has incredible views. The staff at the property was friendly and professional. The beach was beautiful and great to walk on. You should be aware that the beach is right in front of a popular snorkeling site so there are many people coming to the beach. We saw many fish and I’d recommend you bring your own snorkeling gear

Great condo!

I really like the layout of this condo - 7 steps up to the bedroom/bathroom with a 2nd bathroom and the kitchen/living area on the main floor. The place was very clean and the view of the ocean was excellent. The construction next door wasn't really a big deal- we learned to tune out the minimal noise. Would definitely rent again!

Very nice stay with a great owner that cared!

We had a small issue and our owner dressed someone to go out and purchase a new coffee maker for us. They did this while we were on the beach. We greatly appreciated that! The place is in a perfect location. Just a perfect week! Thank you

Wonderful!

We enjoyed the condo and location on the beach. Comments you may find helpful: We always rent a car and like to make some of our meals instead of going out all the time so a condo works well for us so its easy to get to the grocery stores. There is still a very nice water view from the condo despite the construction next door. I was worried about noise but trusted Shane's feedback and the reviews. We are glad we did. With the exception of a few hours of drilling noise one day, there were no issues at all during our stay. Bed was very comfortable. We plan on renting this condo again in the future! Thank you!

The property is just like the pictures. Very clean Easy parking Very helpful staff. Kitchen was well equipped Washer/Dryer looked new( bring detergent) Shane was so responsive . Location is on Grace Bay by The Bight where there is easy snorkeling.

BEACH FRONT

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and well appointed with everything in working order. Despite it being an condo, there are quite a few amenities making it have a resort feel. There is every other day housekeeping, beach towel service, an on-site restaurant and security. We felt 100% safe and happy at this location which can't be beat as you are steps from the beach. Everyone is very friendly and there was never a fight for a beach chair.

Perfect for us

Our visit at The Bight was wonderful. The property is managed very well and is in great condition. Besma got us lined up with some excursions and a special anniversary dinner.The view is spectacular. Construction of a large building to the west didn't impact us very much (some noise in the morning, no significant impact on the view from our room). The beach is amazing.Our favorite restaurant was Coco Bistro - don't miss that experience when you visit. Embers was great too.

1st time to TCI

Staff at Coral Gardens were great. Maid service was supposed to be every other day but they came daily, were very thorough and friendly. View from the unit was spectacular, just don’t look left. Massive hotel going in which thankfully doesn’t block the view straight away but the construction noise starts at 6:00am and ends at 5:00pm. They seemed to take a break at noon which gives you a small window to enjoy the view and the sound of the ocean. Snorkeling right off the beach was good for a few days and then the surf/churn made visibility rough. Unit is very comfortable. We were thankful for the large blue tooth speaker we used to drown out the jackhammer noise. We found it very helpful to have a rental car from this location. Overall great experience in TCI and the ratings will go up for this location after construction is completed next door.

Great Oceanfront Syay

We loved our October 2024 Oceanfront hideaway stay at Coral Gardens!!! The staff, beautiful condo and central location are top of the scale. The small size of the property really made it feel exclusive and fit our needs perfectly. Only issue is the current 5-story new construction west of our stay.

Great condo on the beach

Shane’s place was great! The kitchen was well stocked. There was even a washer and dryer unexpectedly and also a small vacuum which helped with the sand. Shane was very prompt in communication!

Amazing Location

We absolutely loved staying at this condo, and would totally stay here again! This was a perfect location for a romantic getaway. It was extremely clean and easy to check into after hours. We loved waking up and seeing the ocean every morning. The only flaw was the construction happening next door; however, we could not hear it from the bedroom. Biggest advice is to bring a snorkel and goggles with you! The snorkel hot spot is located right in front of the complex and neighboring all-inclusive renters do walk down and snorkel there too! There is also a restaurant (Somewhere Cafe) located between the complex and the beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Shane and Ron live just north of Dallas, Texas with our 2 Scotties, Finn and Kody. We first visited Turks & Caicos in 2009. Even mistakenly visiting during Hurricane season, it was the best vacation we ever had. Between the crystal clear water and white sands, we were hooked. We bought this Condo in 2017 and have enjoyed it ever since. We are excited to introduce others to the amazing Grace Bay.

This property is small enough to be personable and private. It's also more affordable than many of the neighboring properties. The location right on the Ocean with the reef directly in front makes it an excellent location. The second floor ocean view from this condo is the only reason you need to stay here!

This property is lucky to have "The Somewhere Cafe" on site for convenient and tasty meals. The Bight Reef is a very popular snorkeling area and located just out front.
