Welcome to Beachview Condominiums! Immerse yourself in the beautiful Gulf Shores, AL, scenery; this condominium is nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, just across from the beach, The Hangout, and nearby many other attractions and restaurants. This is the perfect location for beach fun and fresh Gulf seafood.

Enjoy an amazing studio condo with beautiful decorations and a lot to offer! This unit features a lovely queen-size bed for your relaxation, a bar set for 2, and a cozy kitchen space that holds a small refrigerator, a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a blender. Attached to the main room is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo to soak in after a day in the sun!

Beachview 221 offers many amenities for you that we are sure you will appreciate:
- WiFi Access
- Communal Laundry Machines- down the hall and priced at $1.75 a load.
- Covered Parking (1 pass per unit; a lot of nearby street parking areas, as well)
- Walking Distance from the beach

Don't forget to bring:
While Lucky Bird provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Beachview 221 is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Monthly rental rates are available November 1st - March 1st.

October Stay

Positives; Location, parking, convenience to Hangout were perfect. A/C worked well. Ceiling fan on separate switch from light and ample plugs. Coffee maker worked well. Elevator worked. Staff kept halls and elevator mopped. Surprisingly quiet room. A year ago the parking lot reeked of pot, but not this year. Negatives: Out of hot water one morning - only one real chair - no freezer in refrigerator (for keeping ice), messy closet with junk without hangers. Also, the mattress topper is inside a zipper compartment with the mattress. The two were not aligned. I sincerely thought it was a double mattress with a queen topper — but it was too cumbersome and heavy to fully unzip and fix. The management company does not respond quickly to general questions for future reservations.

Short walk across the street to the beach, The Hangout and the Pink Pony. It’s a great, convenient location. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Location was perfect. Parking was great. Being able to walk everywhere was a huge plus. Everything in the room was very old, cheap and mismatched. THat was not the problem. Squeaky ceiling fan, water turning very cold while showering, hearing all noise from outside, dirty floors, thin old towels,were all a negative.

It was very nice ! A little outdated BUT a quick walk to the beach! Everything we needed for the week! Some of the neighbors were a little loud but who isn’t excited being at the beach !

Just what we needed!

Just the right size for two people with us only being in there really at night! Loved the location we walked to many restaurants right there beside our place. Enjoyed our time off there, will definitely be looking forward to next year!

Great Trip

This was a nice condo overall. The bed wasn’t the comfiest but besides that we did not have any problems with the room. It was clean and tidy and had a cute beach theme. We had a code to get in so did not have to keep up with a swipe card. We liked not having to deal with a person when checking in we just parked in the garage and took our stuff straight to the room. It has an elevator and stairs that you can take to get to the floor you are on. It is a fantastic location in the heart of gulf shores so you can walk to a lot of places. The only downfall we came when they were setting up for the music festival so our third day there they closed gulf place beach access and a lot of the roads we had to take alternative routes and ended up driving to orange beach. We would definitely stay at Beachview again.

My mom and I were down for a wedding. This was a perfect spot for us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town. Of course there was no balcony with this unit which we knew ahead of time. But, we were able to open the window and listen to the music from the Hangout. The room was clean and neat. It was how it was described, no false advertising. Unless you want to step straight onto the beach from your condo, this is a great place to stay.

LOW COST

We were just passing through GS and we weren't looking for the whole vacation package. We wanted to be close to the hub of activity and close to the beach. Beach view has that. Things were clean, however the property is aged and there were some unusual odors going on. The bed was interesting and the toaster is, for lack of better words, broken.

Unclean

For proximity to the public beach, this studio condo was priced well. The hallways smell like marijuana, however, the room did not. The condo was was not clean. The floors were very oily feeling and filthy. I used a towel to clean up water after a shower and the towel was brown after I wiped the floor. The trim boards were covered in dust, dirt, and sand. The pillows had pillow cases but no pillow covers and they were very stained and dingy. The bed wasn’t horrible, I did get decent sleep. Overall, if you’re on a budget this would be a decent place for a couple to stay. However, we will not be booking at this facility again.

I rented another unit at Beach view for the same week last year which was substantially less and substandtanially nicer. This unit had no cute beach decor , some of the outlets did not work , the tv continually froze , bathroom door do not close well overall it was a disappointment.

Cozy studio, great location

Place was as described. Great location to beach and restaurants. Never moved once we got there. Only issues were the cleanliness of the rug in front door and floors. Both are in need of a good cleaning. Walking from shower to bed required you to clean your feet with wipes before getting in bed. The bed, while comfortable, had a 4 inch memory foam topper and a 5 foot 4 inch tall woman required help to climb in bed. I suggest a stool or lose the topper. I would recommend this place to friends.

Great location!

This nice little studio is perfect for a quick beach weekend! It's super close to The Hangout and the Pink Pony Pub. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well as shopping and, of course, the beach!

Great location

Great place for a couple. Directly across the street from the beach and The Hangout. Unit was quiet and very clean. Hallways could use some attention though. I would definitely book this property again. Very convenient, with plenty to do within walking distance.

THE place to stay for Hangout Music Fest

Great location, super easy check in, host was easy to communicate with. The only issue I can think of was there not being blinds on the window (they were sheer) so it was really bright in the room at night. Other than that, we would absolutely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

We loved the location! We walked to all the restaurants for each meal. The only thing we didn’t like was there’s not enough towels and wash clothes. There is a washer and dryer but who wants to spend a vacation day doing laundry??? Take your own. They weren’t listed as an item to bring.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect for being right by everything! My husband and I were able to walk everywhere. And the beach was super close, just across the road. Only thing is I do wish the bedding had been cleaner. There were quite a lot of stains on the quilt and decorative pillows. But other than that it was a cute little space.
