Refrigerator freezer was completely frozen over. We defrosted it and it was leaking Freon and not cooling at all. We had to put all our food in the cooler and ice it down. It was replaced the next day. Garbage disposal didn’t work and was stopped up. There was no broom to sweep the floor with. Washing machine took my money. Bed slept good and parking was easy.

Family Trip

My brothers and sisters and our spouses and children do an annual family trip each year. My wife and I have stayed in this property a few times already and just love everything about it especially the location. We started this annual family trip five years ago and for the last two years we made Gulf Shores our destination. My wife and I have come Gulf Shores about 15 or 16 time for our wedding anniversary and we convinced the rest of the family to make Gulf Shores a destination for our family trip. We haven’t decided where we’re gonna go next year, but you can rest assured that I’ll be voting for Gulf Shores.

Alabama Water Watch Conference

The property is situated in the heart of Gulf Shores, within perfect walking distance of everything. The Hangout is kiddie corner across the street, and the bass can be heard from within the room. They normally wind down around 10ish so not a big deal for most, but it should be noted for

Room review

I really enjoyed our stay. It was in the middle of everything. It was clean, but there place next to the shower where the drywall was messed up. There is no hairdryer & no place to get ice.

The condo was fine it was just a bit too small for my wife and I. So if you're okay with a small condo I would proceed The Price is Right and the location is great. However, if you like having more space I would suggest elsewhere

I expected it to be small, but not dirty, with mold on the pillows and a menstrual stain on the blanket. The decorative pillows were filthy, and the trash can still had trash in it. The kitchen light didn't work as well.

Overall decent

The room itself wasn’t impressive however, the pictures online are pretty spot on. When we arrived the bed had hair all over it.. we reported it to management and they had someone out to change the sheets within like an hour, however the top comforter has stains all over it and it’s pretty gross so I didn’t sleep well just because i felt everything was dirty although they did get us new sheets. Getting in contact with anyone was a little difficult, I sent emails and made calls and voicemails and got no responses. My husband sent a text and did finally get a response. Overall it was a decent cheap get away and you basically get what you pay for. It was cheap, mostly clean, and top tier for location.

At the fist night the smoke detector beept all night, no parking pass in room. No response of e-mails, text messages and phone calls. 1 day no hot water. Bring luggage to car and come back up for the rest, locked out before 9o'clock. No response on calls, e-mail

As advertised. Only issue was when I went to load my car to leave this morning, the entry code would no longer work when I came back for the rest of our stuff. Thankfully my wife was still in the room.it was a few hours until checkout time.

Favorite condominium to stay in

The location is perfect for my husband and I! We stayed on the beach all day and had plenty of options for food to walk to each night. The property was clean and comfortable.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place has an amazing location and looks ok in pictures. But it is very poorly ran. The flip over cleaning staff did an ok job of preparing the room. But, it was in need of a deep cleaning and all of the blankets bedspread, and shams were beyond filthy and in need of a washing. They were covered in fresh stains. The rug was filthy and we needed to wear shoes in the room. When we came in initially the room smelled of garbage coming from the kitchen drain. We asked them to pour something in it the next day and they said that they would. We are not sure that happened. It continued to smell and we continued to spray air freshener. They hall ways were nasty and had garbage in them, there was really shotty construction everywhere, and there was not an extra lock on the door. You had to bring your own extra towels and such, and also clean out the room part way upon leaving. I usually do somewhat anyway. But, this was a bit much. Trucks had to park across the street, elevator was only on the dar street side of the building, and it all together seemed more like a run down tenement apartment building than a cute little apartment. It was way too pricey for what we got. The furniture was Walmart furniture at best but it had tiny extras in the room. Our room had an air fryer and a suit dryer amongst lots of kitchen utensils and such. If you were a young kid on their first vacation it might pass as it is a fun location. Otherwise no!

Location=great. Comfort/Cleanliness =needs improvement

The location, accessibility to restaurants and the beach, the size of bed/room, the parking, the kitchenette and the water pressure were pretty great. However, when we got there, the decorative pillow cases had large brown/black stains. We didn’t even use the comforter (it was riddled with stains). I saw reviews about the carpet being dirty but they don’t come close to how truly disgusting it was. Bring slippers to wear inside the room or be prepared to have gross black feet the whole time. Even the towels had stains. The room gets really warm - we had to buy a fan to sleep comfortably. The bed was lumpy too. Take this and with it what you will. Good luck.

Girls Getaway

This unit was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location was great we never had to get in our vehicles to go anywhere. Parking was good, check in was smooth. The only suggestion I have is to remove the rug and to have a k-cup coffee maker. We will definitely book again.
