Beautiful Views of Moonstone Beach and The Estuary are the first thing you'll notice when you enter this well-appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Your eye will then be drawn to all of the beautiful art glass pieces, custom-made by Glass Fire Gallery in Fort Bragg Ca. With a no step entry into the open concept living space and the king bed master suite all on the first level, this home is accommodating for all. The high wood ceiling and solid oak flooring add warm finishing touches. Downstairs you'll find 2 queen bedrooms with a shared newly remodeled bathroom. Entry from the garage is also on this lower level. Three large furnished decks provide the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. Smart TV's and Wifi throughout. The convenient Happy Hill location gives you walking access to Moonstone Beach, Shamel Park, and the many restaurants and shops in Cambria's West Village. Only minutes from Hearst Castle and San Simeon, and a short drive to Paso Robles westside wineries there are endless activities for you to enjoy during your extended 30+ day visit to Cambria.

Wonderful house

The home was clean and comfortable and close the beach and easy parking for hiking near the ocean. Plenty of nice places to eat. Highly recommend the Sea Castle restaurant for great seafood. But arrive early to stand in line, since they don’t open until 5:30 pm. Only downside was the steep driveway into the garage with our Subaru Legacy scraping the low front end.

Very clean updated home with many large windows providing a great view of the ocean and town. Place was well stocked with essentials. Enjoyed the closeness to everything and the quiet neighborhood. Loved walking the beach boardwalk and bluff trail every day. Breen’s staff were pleasant, very helpful and quick to respond.

Best vacation house we've stayed in - ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the best vacation house we've ever stayed in, anywhere. We have been renting vacation houses Cambria for over 16 years, but this is the biggest and best. (Yes,it could be closer to the ocean, but then it would probably cost more, and the views might be less "panoramic".) Frankly, the photos can't do it full justice. There are three comfortable bedrooms: the master is HUGE! Three delightful decks, all with ocean views and comfortable deck furniture (best we have come across anywhere, in several countries, worldwide). Well-appointed kitchen, with modern appliances, and a huge living room with enough relaxing seating for everyone and understated decor throughout (with a few beautiful & well-placed ornaments but no clutter!) Big wardrobes, good bathrooms (the walk-in shower in the master is superb!) and a very spacious, relaxed feel to the whole property. The house is in a very quiet street in a residential area and though it's quite near to Highway 1, we didn't find this disruptive and it was blissfully quiet at night. It felt 100% safe to be there, and is handy for "town" without being in the centre. Everything was spotlessly clean and the property management are very helpful. A couple of caveats: the garage is down a short slope and it only takes one car. Parking room at front of the house is limited (but it's enough for one car). The TV in the living room is on the small side, but there are three TVs in the house - handy for the kids! We had a very happy time and we would love to come again.
