Come enjoy all that the Litchfield area offers and stay comfortably in this 4 bedroom 3 bath stylish and updated condo. Avian Forest is located just 5 minutes from the beach and has plenty of space for family and friends. Great for golfers, families and getaways. Located just west of Highway 17, the community pool is near the unit and guests have access to Litchfield By the Sea and the amenities it has to offer with the exception of the Splash Park.

Master bedroom has a king, second bedroom features a queen, third bedroom features a queen and the fourth bedroom features 2 twins. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, screened in porch, wifi, washer/dryer, cable TV and much more. Located in a quiet community, This condo will also accept a small dog with a non-refundable $400.00 pet fee. Maximum Occupancy is 8.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have rented this dog friendly home. We love the condo and it’s location and that it’s dog friendly. We had a tv in one room that didn’t work and the ceiling fan in bedroom was making a loud noise. We checked in on Saturday and both issues were fixed by Tuesday afternoon. The washer had dirty towels left in it and there was a pair of underwear left in one of the bathrooms. The owners have replaced the sofa on the living room which was very hard and uncomfortable. There was a rusty knife in one of the kitchen drawers and the drawer was very dirty.

Review

We loved the location and the condo was pretty. It was very dirty, rugs filthy and toilet not cleaned well. I cleaned to make it comfortable but no cleaning products were available. Not even a broom. We would stay again but would need a deep clean before I bring in my elderly compromised family. Appreciate you for asking. I know the cleaning team had trouble so maybe that was the reason. They had trouble with the locks. Very nice people cleaning. Also master tub not draining well. Thanks!

Great Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super nice rental. My only complaint is not being able to use the pool that is basically right outside of our room. We had to walk to a different location when there was a pool within visual distance from our screened in porch. Other than that it was awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Had a good time. Could use some “fixing up” with the torn screen on patio and furniture. Also, not sure who cleans condo but was not clean. Trash under sofa cushions and under TV consol in 1st bedroom. Stuff animal found “beheaded” under one back bedroom.
