Chic waterfront gem secluded on Winnapaug Pond | Modern Home with Private Access, Near Misquamicut Beach

Nestled directly on the scenic Winnapaug Pond, this newly renovated modern home offers over an acre of peaceful privacy with stunning views of the Weekapaug Golf Course. Enjoy direct pond access for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, and more.

Launch a kayak, paddleboard, or canoe right from the backyard and explore the salt pond, or paddle out to a sandbar for a perfect day on the water. Harvest fresh clams and prepare them in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen or outdoor grilling area.

Relax in the expansive yard and listen to the soothing sounds of local birdlife. The outdoor space also includes a large deck, fire pit, outdoor shower, lawn games, full-size soccer goal, and multiple waterfront sitting areas—perfect for family fun or quiet reflection.

Inside, the bright, open-concept interior features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The home is filled with natural light and designed with contemporary style and comfort in mind.

An additional 8x8 air-conditioned modern treehouse offers a cozy sleeping space (double bed), retreat for kids to play, or a quiet office space with Wi-Fi.

A beautiful get away

The house is lovely and the pictures posted are accurate. The vibe is so nice and relaxing, with multiple places for people to be and still enjoy the beautiful calm view. We had an octogenarian in our group and the minimal steps were terrific. We would happily stay again.

Wonderful Seaside Getaway

Two families rented Marie’s home and it was fantastic! Her property is beautiful, spacious, peaceful and was very comfortable for two families. Great location. The light and sun and musical birds every morning was delightful. This is a very special location tucked off the main road but close & convenient to everything. Marie was extremely responsive and communicative. We can’t wait to rent this house again!? Thank you, Marie!

Private Oasis

Our family members spent every summer in Misquamicut from the early 1950's-2012, when we shortened that to a couple of weeks a summer due to other interests. This property was perfect for us as, it offers an oasis of privacy in the middle of a busy beach community. It is well designed, comes with many ammenities, and cherished access to Winnapaug Pond. We made a week of wonderful memories! You will not be disappointed!

Contemporary hide away

Ultra modern fully equipped surrounded by nature & golf course. Great outdoor space. We loved the fire pit, chicken coop & privacy of this hide away. The tree house room was the perfect little spot to get away from everyone else. Marie was excellent and super detailed in her check in information. Highly recommend

Reunion

If I could give this cottage more than 5 stars I would. We had our family Thanksgiving there and everyone enjoyed themselves. The little ones enjoyed watching the chickens and playing down by the pond. The adults used the soccer net and the cornhole game. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit! We had a problem with a window and it was taken care of within a half hour. We would definitely stay here again.

Secluded yet central

Wonderful get-away close to beautiful beaches. Loved every minute in this lovely light filled home. Great amenities including water toys. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy this home. We hope to return during the summer months.

Great communication with property owner

Although the home was not cleaned well and there were a few other issues upon our arrival, communication with the property owner was great and she did address all our concerns quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

More than a home; it’s an EXPERIENCE

Yes, the home is beautiful, open concept and spacious. Everything you could ever need was provided. But what is most incredible is the unique experience this property provided. The chickens are sweet and fun to watch and provided 2-5 fresh eggs every morning for our breakfast. The canoes, paddle boards and water activities were incredible. The private cove gave a daily display of seagulls and loons feeding that was like watching National Geographic live. The host was incredibly kind, responsive and thoughtful.

The perfect vacation!

This house is a hidden gem in Westerly. I felt so lucky to stay here with my family. The house is newly renovated and has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. Large kitchen with every appliance you could need plus an excellent grill outside. The house has a beach pass and is a short drive to all of the westerly beaches. What is unique about this property is that there’s tons of open outdoor space. A huge yard for kids and a pup to run around plus a salt water pond with kayaks, paddleboards and a canoe. If you aren’t too exhausted from the beach and the pond, there’s a fire pit for even more outdoor relaxation. The house provides plenty of room for the whole family. We can’t wait to come back!

Great family getaway

Easy access to pond with kayak or canoe. Chicken coop was fun experience for grandkids. OH, the treehouse! Great hideaway for tired grandparent needing a break-they do find you. The house has everything and more to enjoy the week.

10 stars for location / neighborhood! Close to the beach & all our favorite restaurants! On a pond for canoeing, kayaking & digging for clams! Spacious, private yard for lawn games, fire pit for s’mores! This place has it all!

Wonderful Accommodations

The property was extremely clean, well equipped, yard and views were gorgeous and well kept. Location makes you feel like you’re on a private island but is extremely close to restaurants and shopping. The best part was having fresh eggs from the chickens each morning for breakfast. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Can’t say enough about the location!
