Welcome to our new custom built beach home paradise. My wife & I are very excited to share our dream home with our guests. A modern, cottage-chic home that is warm and inviting with tranquil field/pond/ocean views. We love the open floor plan and 3 custom Italian marble bathrooms with a 2 floor wall of windows letting in loads of eastern facing sunlight. Enjoy the views from 2 large decks off the east & west sides of the home as the main living space is located on the 2nd floor with a 3rd floor loft area. Fully fenced in level back yard with outdoor shower and horseshoe pit

We have rented beach homes in the area for the past few years and this experience was by far our best. Absolutely beautiful home in walking distance to beaches. You can watch gorgeous sunrises coming up over the nature preserve across the street. The accommodations are top-notch with all amenities and lovely decor, and it was so easy to communicate with the owners. We had a wonderful stay and are eager to return.

The house was beautifully updated and open! It had everything you’d need and was close to the beach! We loved staying and making use of the fenced in yard! The host was very responsive and we are looking forward to staying again!

We had an amazing stay at this Misquamicut house! The location made trips to the beach so easy, our younger crew enjoyed walking down at night, and during the day we packed the Tahoe and parked right near the entrance (20 weekdays, 30 on weekends).The house itself was perfect and spotless, beautifully updated inside and out, and stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a highlight after a sandy day at the beach, and the ping pong table in the garage gave us hours of fun after dinner. The large decks were perfect for cooking out and enjoying meals together.With three brand new full bathrooms, getting ready for the day (or rinsing off after the beach) was a breeze for our group of 6–7. Having laundry right there was a huge plus, we’ll definitely pack lighter next time!The owner was fantastic, very receptive, easy to reach, and quick to answer any questions we had.Already looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a wonderful week in July 2025 in this new, clean, organized, full of amenities home. The kitchen was fully equipped not only for basic comforts but also for a rainy day, large scale, make your own pizza night with all the necessary pots, pans, and of course wine glasses! There is a loft space set up as an office with a desk and couch which was helpful for those few days of having to answer an email or join a zoom that couldn’t be missed. There are 2 bedrooms on the main living floor. One queen with en suite and one queen bunk bed with hall bath right next door. The main floor also had 2 wonderful decks, front and back yards. The lower level had a queen bedroom next to a hall bath and a laundry room. Another great amenity. Essentially a bathroom for every bedroom. (The VRBO pictures are slightly confusing as it reads as if there are 3 queen bedrooms plus an office with the bunk — the office is a loft space overlooking the living room, no beds). The garage is fully stocked with all the beach supplies a family would need including the wonderful surprise of a ping pong table to keep those family competitions going. We had a great week in this comfortable home.

We had a great time at this beautifully renovated beach house. The location was amazing as well! Our only concern was the lack of extra sheets and the fact that there were no beach towels. Adding these extra amenities would have made our stay a 5 Star. Overall we had a great time!!

What a gem!

Brand new property on Winnapaug Rd. Short sidewalk trip to beach either walking or biking. Kids had a blast, home was inpeccable and very welcoming with a large backyard and all new ammenities. Will be back!
