"Rhode to Sonshine", Welcome to your perfect beach getaway, located in the desirable Misquamicut Fire District of Westerly, RI! This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom home offers private beach access (beach passes and parking pass included) to three pristine beaches, all just a quick 7–8 minute walk away.

THE HOUSE:
Inside, you’ll find a bright, coastal-inspired space with modern comforts, an open floor plan and plenty of room to relax. The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children, with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a third room featuring two sets of bunk beds – ideal for families.

The inside of the house is equally as equipped with great amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, glassware, utensils, etc. The house comes with all necessary bath towels and bedding/linens. The rear family room has a massive sectional couch and movable ottoman to accommodate the entire group along with a wall mounted 65" smart tv. A number of puzzles/games are located in the TV console as well. The front living/dining area has new banquette seating along with two cozy club chairs perfect for a morning cup of coffee!

THE OUTDOOR:
Enjoy a fully fenced backyard oasis designed for making memories. Lounge under the sun or gather for meals around the outdoor dining table with seating for eight. As evening falls, light up the firepit and enjoy s’mores around four Adirondack chairs. For your beach days, we provide:
- New Weber BBQ grill
- 4 adult folding beach chairs
- 2 kid-size chairs
- Sand toys, boogie boards, and floats
- A beach wagon for easy transport
All beach gear is conveniently stored in the backyard shed for easy access.

You’ll also love the spacious outdoor shower with hot and cold water – perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Beach towels are included!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Right at the end of the block, you'll find Maria’s, The Andrea Seaside Restaurant, and the beloved Pizza Bus – where owner Jeffrey will even deliver your order via bike to the house!
You're also just an 8-minute drive from downtown Watch Hill, where you can shop, dine, or enjoy sunset cocktails at Ocean House.

Guests will be provided a door code on their arrival date.

*Please no parties, no pets and no smoking or fireworks. Thank you!
* Outdoor Surveillance cameras on property, used for security during non-rented periods as well as to monitor weather during storm periods. The motion activated flood light also provides proper lighting at night when coming and going from the property.
