Perfect Place

The facility was perfect for our needs. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable for our group of four plus two local visitors. Access to the bus was incredibly easy and Park City bus service is the best way to navigate this city!

Close to Main Street - quiet with full amenities

Conveniently located. Comfortable. Responsive host. Feather pillows and an RO water filtration system would be nice.

Great Fit For Our Trip

We had a great stay here, finding it just as advertised and a perfect fit for our needs. The location was ideal - quiet area just a short walk or bus ride to Main St. or an even shorter one to Deer Valley. We didn't rent a car, relying solely on the free bus system and it worked great. As our flight schedule got us to PC a little earlier than standard check-in time, we appreciated the host easily accommodating an earlier check-in time. We recommend it and would absolutely stay here again.

So convenient!

We love Greyhawk for the ease of access to both Deer Valley,and the town of Park City, allowing us to travel without a car. The condo was perfect. The front door sticks a bit, but that could have been due to the weather.

Great Holiday Ski Trip!

We stayed at this property during the 2024 holiday season for a family ski trip, and it was perfect for our group of five. The property is exactly as described and well-suited for a skiing getaway. The location is fantastic for skiing at Deer Valley, with the shuttle conveniently picking up and dropping off right in front of the building and then a quick 5-minute ride to the slopes.The apartment building is well-maintained, featuring helpful amenities like an elevator, luggage carts, and ample covered parking. Everything was clean and well-organized, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The host was also very responsive, answering any questions promptly.We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property!

Close to the ski resort

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of the property- we were able to walk home after a day of skiing at Deer Valley. The kitchen was well equipped, but the stove top had to be lit with matches and it was sometimes difficult to get it going. We also did not have the garage door opener during our stay.

Excellent location...but

arrival at night in the dark was very challenging. Code okay but needs updating. Had to hang toes over broken wooden blinds in master. Worst problem was heat/ac system. Some genius has programmed severeal different cycles into the different HVAC systems and they were not beneficial to guests. Heat got too cold earlier in the week and then when temperatures skyrocketed last 3 days the AC side of things did not function. Saved a few dollars for the owners I guess but we will try somewhere else where we can control our own temperatures.

Nice place, good proximity to downtown park city

Property was well maintained. Beds were good and we were comfortable. Minor nits that owner might want to consider. The entraceway could use a small bench for taking shoes & boots on off. A small tray for catching snow and mud would be good too. There was a plumbing problem but plumber fixed. Also wanted to alert you to the tub surround on downstairs tub has huge crack and water can get behind there. Don't want that to go unfixed. Otherwise it was fine.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Just as described if not better. Very clean. Highly functional for our family of four. Our boys (14 & 11) shared the top level queen while my wife and I took the lower level master. As a three-level unit, the common area and kitchen (and half bath) were on the second/middle level. That was great, as those that stayed up a bit later or woke a bit earlier didn't bother the others. Humidifiers in bedrooms were quite welcome. Parking was convenient, but for me driving a full size SUV the spaces were a bit tight. Kitchen had adequate cooking gear, but there were few condiments or commonly used items. While not "expected" we have stayed in units where renters left seasonings, basic condiments, plastic bags, aluminum foil, etc. Overall, a very nice place in a very convenient location.

Comfortable but Poor Showers

Thanks for the opportunity to give you feedback. I stayed in Greyhawk 18. The location was perfect for using the bus service to ski at DV and dine at PC Town. Condo was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The real issue was both showers had inoperable faucets. It would take a very long time to get an adequate water temperature before you entered either of the two showers. This was VERY FRUSTRATING! Please get the owner to spend the money on a plumber to install properly working shower faucets. Remember skiers take at least two showers/day. Because of this issue i doubt i would use this particular unit again.

Nice property, spacious

We enjoyed the condo very much. Well equipped, good location (easy to grab the bus or walk to Main St). Parking spaces are tight in the garage if you have a big vehicle but easy to find a spot. Three levels provide some separation and privacy for your group. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Park City Experience

Our trip to Park City was awesome! The condo was exactly what we hoped for. The check in process was seamless and hassle free. The property was very nice and located in a great place to either walk or utilize the local transit system. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Park City area. Thanks for making our vacation a extremely fun and memorable experience.
