This 130m2 apartment can accommodate up to 12 people, allowing you to spend a friendly holiday at the highest point of the Valmeinier 1900 resort.

- 1 dormitory with 5 beds in 90x190 and 1 in 140x190 with TV

Bathroom:
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate toilet.

LIVING ROOM/ KITCHEN side:
Very sunny south-facing living room, offering a magnificent view of the peaks with:
- 1 equipped kitchen where you will not miss anything:
Canadian fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and senseo, toaster, citrus juicer, mixer, blender, fondue and raclette machine.
- 1 large wooden table for 12 seats
- 1 sofa / TV area.

ENTRY SAS SIDE:
- 1 entrance SAS on the side of the building with direct access to the outside, allowing you to equip yourself for skiing and to accommodate equipment (skis, boots, sledges) and equipment (helmets, gloves, wetsuits)
+ Washing machine and dryer.

Access to the slopes is 50m away on foot, the "Piou Piou" courses of the ESF 10m on foot. Ideal for the little ones.

The apartment adjoining the residence "Les hauts de Valmeinier" gives you access to the heated swimming pool from Sunday to Friday and to a fitness room (on reservation).
Other services (for a fee) such as hammam, sauna, massages are also available.

The Place de Roche Noire offers all the necessary services, making the use of the car a reality.
Restaurants, cheese shop, bakery, mini-market, ski rental, are within a 1-minute walk.
