Great bright private room with a cozy low King size bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower and sky light. There is a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, but no kitchen or access to the rest of house. Coffee shops, banks, restaurants, grocery stores are walking distance in this great Uptown neighborhood. Subaru Outback 2015 car rental at an additional cost.

Cozy and comfortable stay

This was a perfect stay for my sister and me for a couple days, to visit family living just down the street. The space had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning and WiFi that worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again! Thanks, Suzette!

Missing a few things

We had a suitcase lost at the airport which contained all of our bathroom necessities and this is the first VRBO we’ve been to that didn’t have starter like shampoo, conditioner, and soap wash cloths would’ve also been nice otherwise no complaints

very gracious host

We've stayed before at this comfortable, well-appointed room. This time, I made a mistake in the reservation and thought we had a night more than we did. Suzette was extremely kind and helpful, even though accommodating us required some juggling on her end.

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed this quiet and comfortable space. Location is ideal—central and convenient. Host is very communicative and also foresaw any questions. Highly recommend!

Great place to crash and relax

We came for a last minute ish weekend and loved it. The host is very responsive and helpful and literally has FAQ sheet that is helpful for your stay. The room is just big enough to be able to feel comfy and the bathroom is spacious! The water pressure is amazing and water temp great. The bed is huge! And comfy! Thoughtful perks! Like there being water to refill out water bottles. 10/10 would stay next time we come to Phoenix.

Suzette is great!

Suzette was very accommodating. She did everything to make sure we were comfortable. She even allowed us to rent her vehicle which was a huge blessing. The bed was SUPER comfy (if you like soft). The place is small, but ideal for a single person or couple. There's a nice outdoor space to spread out some. The price was right in an area that can be a little pricey! Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Just right for our needs

We loved this stay! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Great central location and we would definitely stay again!

Cozy home base

Just right for 1 or 2 people looking for a reasonable, clean place while doing other activities in the area. You have access to the large patio and yard where there are several places to sit and enjoy the Arizona sun. The space has french doors that open close to the garage as a private entrance. There is a king bed, dresser, 2 chairs, water cooler and TV hung on the wall with limited channels via digital antenna. The suite is attached to the main house where the owner lives. Suzette is very accommodating and available for your questions. You do not have control over your AC/heat but suzette makes sure to find out what temperature you'd like it set.

We spent 5 nights here and loved our entire stay. The room was very nice and comfortable and we really enjoyed evenings outside in the backyard. Suzette was very welcoming! We sure hope to return

Nice, clean, private single room w/bath in central Phoenix

Suzette is a great host and makes sure you are comfortable and everything is ok & is responsive. This accommodation is connected to the main home but you have a private entrance you access via the driveway via a code on a lockbox. There’s room for 2 people, but 1 is just right. In the main room there is a King bed, dresser, night stand w/lamp, microwave, chair, TV on the wall with limited channels. In the closet there is a mini-fridge with a water cooler, glasses and extra blankets for cool desert nights (not shown in the photos on vrbo). A bathroom with shower and tub connects to the main room. Access to the main house is closed off via a door. Suzette lives in the main house but you do not hear much from her. The back patio area with tables and chairs and back yard which is expansive is just outside your entrance & is mostly yours to use. Note you do not have control over the temperature but Suzette asked me before my arrival what temp I’d like. The window in both the main room and bathroom can be opened if necessary. Overall I’d recommend this place especially to a single traveler who may have other adventures during the day since the place is just right for sleeping, getting ready in the morning and maybe doing some reading or working on a laptop but not for a lot of other activities requiring more space unless you use the back patio / yard.

Comfiest bed!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! It was quiet, the backyard was amazing! Hosts are great and quick to respond. Check in was easy and even though the room is connected to the house, there is a separate door access and it feels very private. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful and Easy

We came for a quick weekend trip and this was the perfect spot. Communication was easy and open and the room was comfortable and clean! We will definitely stay here again.

Looks clean, but...

I got bitten by bed bugs, over my 4 day stay. I have the photos to prove it and sent them to the owner. Owner produced all kinds of fake documents trying to prove that it was desinfected. Refused to give me a refund.

Location, location, location!!! Right of 51 fwy in Phoenix gives you access to the entire metro area!!! 10 minutes from airport. Many great hikes within 1/2 mile like Pietswa peak, canal, amazing restaurants, Sprouts/Safeway grocery stores and Coffee Shops walking distance:)
