Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom: One king bed sleeping 2 (main floor)
Bedroom 2: One full bed sleeping 2 (main floor) *note this room does not have a closet, but has large windows and sleeps two comfortably
Bunk Room: 2 Bunk beds and 2 twin beds sleeping 6 (upstairs- only bedroom upstairs!)
Bedroom 3: One queen bed sleeping 2 (lower level)
Bedroom 4: One full bed sleeping 2 (lower level)

A total of 14 guests at max capacity.

The entire home.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in a quiet neighborhood along the shores of Silver Lake! This is a family-friendly neighborhood & one that will allow for peace and relaxation!

We appreciate no parties / large gatherings / events on site. This includes bachelorette & bachelor parties! If your group is looking for a location that allow for these, please contact us to see if another home will fit your needs!

Getting Around:
The home is 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City.

Other Things to Note:
**The Hot Tub will be in service starting on Monday, June 2, 2025**

This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

In warm months, we offer an on-site boat rental! Contact BVR with any questions or interest!
- For insurance and liability reasons, guests are strictly not permitted to tie any watercraft to the dock under any circumstances.

Check-In: Is at 4 pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)
Check-Out: Is at 10 am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.)
