Ideal for family gatherings and celebrations, this beautiful waterfront home offers a private deck (seasonally also a private dock) and lakefront footage with lovely accommodations in a gorgeous setting to create and enjoy comfort, style, and lasting memories with loved ones.

With amenities like WiFi, private deck, dock and lake access, new high end washing machine and dryer, open kitchen dining living area and loft bedroom, guests can relax and unwind in this charming space. The two bathrooms ensure convenience, making it a comfortable stay for everyone.

Unwind outside on the deck or dock or enjoy the fire pit, picnic table and grill. A rowboat is available for your use. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this is the perfect home base for your stay.

Silver Lake Gem

Our family needed a vacation and space with enough room and views with character, and we found it at this place. The hosts were great communicators and provided support when needed.

Silver Lake House TC

We had a fantastic stay at this home. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - close to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. The host was responsive and easy to work with, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this house on Silver Lake. Plenty of beds, everything was clean and well prepared for us. It’s a beautiful lake near Traverse City with plenty of things to do. The host is wonderful and had great communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this place.

Girls Trip North with Friends from College!

We had a wonderful time! The house is private, beautifully maintained, and located right on the water. Everything we needed was provided from fresh sheets and towels to a full kitchen and a grill. We also took advantage of the incredible local cuisine—this area is a foodie’s paradise. The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!!

Not bad if you don’t mind a lot of street noise, thumping from the unit above into the early hours of the morning, not very family friendly. The unit was pretty clean but did have some trash under the couch and the fridge looks rusty and not properly cleaned on the outside. The shower would not work almost our entire stay.However, the staff was very nice and responsive to our needs. The shower was fixed but it took a long time for them to get someone out to look at it only to find out they would have to call in a plumber to fix it which delayed it being fixed longer.The manager did compensate at the end of our stay to try to make up for the shower ordeal.Overall, it’s not terrible, an older unit that has been updated and pretty clean. It was much smaller than we expected and not what our family needed. Would definitely choose a different location and unit that better fits our family next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Denise and her family were wonderful guests. Despite a platform error with the reservation, everything worked out smoothly, and we were glad to offer extra flexibility with check-in and check-out. Denise is an excellent communicator and a very respectful, conscientious guest.
