We sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered with the bed linens upon your arrival. We understand how upsetting and disappointing that must have been after a long day of travel. Although our property management company had confirmed that the unit had been cleaned and inspected before your arrival, it’s clear that something went wrong, and we take full responsibility for that. Because we were traveling internationally, our response was delayed until the following morning and we regret that we weren’t able to assist you more quickly. We did provide a partial refund as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience and have parted ways with the property management company. They were new to us this season but not up to our standards. We have never encountered such an issue before and will not allow it to happen again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Guest comfort and cleanliness are our highest priorities, and your feedback has helped us improve.
