Great place for vacation on the beach

The condo actually appeared much nicer on the website. The two additional bedrooms aren’t in great condition and the beds were uncomfortable. The water was shut off for 4-5 hours two days in a row. The beach shower only worked half of the week. I have rented from VRBO numerous times and this was my least favorite.

Amazing place

Took a few days vacation around Labor Day. The condo was bigger than we anticipated. Amazing big balcony with the ocean view. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention and the repair guy was over the next morning. Customer service at its best ! Would love to come back!

Dolphin viewing 4 out of 7 morning!!

Waking up to beautiful sunrises, and viewing a pod of 3 to 5 dolphin almost every morning from our 2nd floor deck. Steps were easy, but the close by elevator was an asset. Parking was very close to the stairway and elevator.The staff at Cannon and Gruber were a treat and wonderful to work with . We would highly recommend working with this organization.

Security deposit limbo????

We stayed here Labor Day weekend. The property wears excellent however as of November 7th we are still waiting on part of our security deposit to be refunded.

Amazing vacation

This unit is exactly what we wanted! Perfect location to the beach. The beach was not crowded and so nice and relaxing. The view from our condo was picture perfect of the ocean! The pool and grounds were clean. The condo was perfect for our family, each room has their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Family reunion.

Just perfect. We arrived late from the west coast and the after hours check-in couldn’t have been easier. The property as a whole is well maintained and quiet. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked with both kitchen and beach gear. The view was terrific and beach access was as convenient as can be.

Being right by the pool made for easy transfer of children for potty breaks, food or naps just by going out on the balcony to communicate.The grounds keeper was very friendly and kept the pool in great condition. Beach access was right there and easy to get to. The property was quiet and everyone got along and made friends by the pool.The property could probably need a little TLC because of it's age, but it served our purpose for the week.

Immaculate Grounds, Amenities and Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We never have complaints about the location of these idyllic residences at the bogue shore club. In particular, this season, the on-site property and maintenance staff went above and beyond to ensure the amenities onsite available to us as renters were in superb working order and the grounds immaculate. The unit is nicely updated and simply needs a thorough cleaning as we did find neglected trash in both front bedrooms. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and appreciate the opportunity to stay here.
