The property itself offers a private, peaceful setting designed for ultimate relaxation. A heated pool provides year-round enjoyment, while outdoor amenities like a putting green and fire pit create the perfect space for gathering and unwinding. Inside, there’s something for everyone—including a fully equipped basement entertainment area with a bar, arcade games, ping pong, cornhole, and Connect 4 for those laid-back indoor days.

With five ensuite bedrooms and six bathrooms, this home is ideal for families, large groups, celebrations, or team retreats. There’s ample space for everyone, plus parking for up to five vehicles—an added bonus in an area where parking can be limited.

Guests have full access to the entire property. Additionally, a community pool is located just outside the gate for those who wish to enjoy it. To maintain privacy and security, wristbands are required for private beach access from March through October and are provided just inside the main entry.
