Enjoy all the comforts of home at this beach condo conveniently located minutes from all the popular Myrtle Beach attractions. River Oaks and World Tour Golf Clubs are each a 5 minute drive. It is just a 10 minute drive to either Broadway on the Beach or the Atlantic Ocean, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Skywheel.

While at the property you can enjoy the shared pool across the street, or enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise from the private balcony. Many dining and grocery options abound at the nearby Town Centre and Forest Crossings shopping centers. This top floor unit in the serene Berkshire Forest development is a perfect getaway for families or couples looking to enjoy all Myrtle Beach has to offer while relaxing in a quiet, private setting.

Great condo

This condo has all the things you need. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. The walk to the pool is short. Very nice neighborhood.

Close to Many Golf Courses

Enjoyed my stay at Dennis and Miriah's spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom condo in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach. The area where the condo is located is very quiet and safe. Left my golf clubs in my van for close to a month without a problem. There is 2 parking spaces available, just have to display the parking pass on your rearview mirror. Even though River Oaks Drive is kind of busy getting around was fairly easy. There is traffic lights at the entrance/exit of Carolina Forest. Turn left at the lights and grocery and other stores, restaurants and gas is close. Turn right on River Oaks Drive and 3 golf courses are close. Even though it might be quite warm some days turning on the A/C for about half an hour usually cooled the place quite nicely. The condo is quite well equipped with just about everything needed for a long or short stay. My only recommendations would be to add a tea kettle, cutting board, kitchen knife set, some larger bowels and possibly steak knives.

Quiet place short drive to the beach

Nice little apartment just a short drive to the beach but a lot quieter. Comes with free access to beach parking and facilities at a beachside hotel. The apartment, itself, has books, games and 80-90%of what you need in kitchen. Space was in need of a few repairs, but nothing that caused a major problem or made it unpleasant.

Quick business trip

The condo was clean, and very convenient to many locations around the Myrtle Beach area. Check in was extremely easy, owners were very nice and responsive. I would like to have had more living room furniture for our family to relax in the evenings, and mattresses in second bedroom need to be updated even for children, they are very thin with no support.

Family Vacation @ Myrtle Beach

I’ve been to Myrtle Beach a dozen times and stayed at different 4-5 star hotels each time but I have to say this was the best and most comfortable place ever! The condo was clean, fun and in perfect distance from the beach and main attractions. The property manager was great at communicating with me when I booked this property and also provided me with contact information in case I needed help with anything. The community pool was clean and each neighbor we met was friendly and welcoming. My family and I will definitely be booking with them again! Thanks again for a amazing stay!

Perfect for our needs!

The property was exactly what our family needed for a week-long getaway at Myrtle Beach. We were close enough to drive in to the beach and local attractions, but far enough to retreat to peace and quiet in the Carolina Forest subdivision. It was super clean, and exactly as described. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Perfect July4th week at Myrtle

Friendly host and the neighborhood! Plenty of activities from beach to arcade at short driving distance. My family had an awesome time at this place.
