2+2 Beach house 2 blocks off the beach

Coastal Charm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house. Built by us, for us, that we share with you. There are a lot of our personal touches throughout the house, it’s not a purpose built rental. If you see it listed for the weekend you want, book it quick! Coastal Charm is a 1960’s bungalow reimagined. Vaulted ceilings throughout make it feel grand in a petite package. The master bedroom features a grand king sized bed, with an elegant claw foot tub and sink with a toilet room. A chandelier in the bath area provides a nice touch. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with 2 twin XL beds for the kids. There is another twin that can be lowered from the wall if needed for more sleeping arrangements. The hall bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet, sink and a hidden away washer and dryer, should you need it during your stay. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. There is a cooktop and a convection oven/microwave. The dining room table is setup for 4, but there is a leaf to expand it if needed. Living room features 2 couches for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outside, there is plenty of seating around the 180 degree deck, with deck chairs on the south side for tanning away from the sand, and sitting areas on the other 2 sides to enjoy the multiple views off the deck in every direction. You can see the gulf and jetty from the deck, and it’s always a thrill to watch the ships come in and out of the jetty. Downstairs is a large shaded area under the house with several seating areas so you can always find a breeze and some shade. There is a fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs along with a large picnic table, and there is also seating towards the back yard. The yard is fully fenced, front and back, to keep the children or pets in. It is a great area to chill and relax anytime of the day. There is an outdoor shower, which is great for rinsing off all the sand and sweat from the beach, but in reality, it’s our favorite place to shower in the spring, summer, and fall.
