Whether you're here for a long weekend or a slower beach stay, this home was curated with intention, comfort, and simplicity in mind.

- Cookware, bakeware, oils, spices, and pantry essentials

- One set of bath towels and one beach towel per guest

- Close to restaurants, bars, surf shop, Jetty Park, splash pad, kayak launch, and boat ramp

Good to Know Before Booking

We believe in transparency so you know exactly what to expect.

- No TVs in the bedrooms
- You may hear rain on the roof during storms (sound machines provided)
- Blackout curtains are in the king bedroom only
- Deck boards are older; shoes are recommended outdoors
- No outdoor shower, but a hose-off area is available on the stair landing
- Beach width varies with tides; during high tide, walking or driving a short distance may be needed
- Home is not childproofed
- A rental agreement is required prior to check-in

House Rules

- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties
- Maximum of 4 guests on the property at all times, including visitors

Guest access
You will have access to:
- The entire interior of the house
- The exterior of the home, including the yard, deck spaces, and covered porch area downstairs.
- Downstairs storeroom area with Washer/Dryer

You will NOT have access to:
- Supply closet in the downstairs storeroom

Other things to note
- Maximum of 4 Guests at any time, including daytime visitors.
- You will be asked to sign a House Rules Agreement
- Sleeping in the beds only, not the couch.
- No parties
- No Pets
- No Smoking or Vaping inside (outside only)
- The house and property are not set up for small children and are not childproof.

Please note: We welcome guests age 25 and up only. We also require all guests to have at least one prior positive review in order to book. A signed rental agreement will be required prior to check-in.
