You will love the King bed, water views, cozy reading chair, full-length mirror, large closet, Dohm sound machine, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and french doors providing direct access to the deck from the bedroom.
Bedroom 2:
Need a workspace? You will appreciate the small desk nook in Bedroom 2. This room also offers a Queen bed, large closet, Dohm sound machine, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, and large windows with lots of natural light.
Fully-Stocked Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, and more. Below are a few highlights.
- Drip Coffee Pot & Keurig
- Coffee Grounds (Ruta Maya Orangic Grounds) & K-Cups (Starbucks Pike Place Reg & Decaf), herbal teas, sugar, half & half, flavored creamer, and honey.
- Microwave, toaster, hand mixer, and blender.
- Salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, avocado oil, foil, parchment paper, ziplock bags, trash bags, paper towels, and dishwashing detergent pods.

The Area:
- A quiet area tucked away from the busyness of the main beach areas.
- A short walk to the Walk-On Beach Access and a short drive to Drive-On Beach Access.
- Close proximity to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, surf shop, Jetty Park, splash pad, kayak launch, boat ramp, and more.
Things to note:
- A maximum of (4) guests on the property at any time, including daytime visitors.
- No TVs in the Bedrooms
- No attic, so you can hear the rain on the roof (white noise machines in each room).
- Blackout curtains in King room only, not in Queen room.
- Deck boards are older, so shoes are recommended.
- No outdoor shower, but a Hose-off area on the stair landing is perfect for washing off yourself, beach gear, sandy feet, and more.
- If the tide is high, we may not have a beach in front of the house, and you will need to walk down to the next block, where the beach is wider, or drive to a different area with more beach. ***With the recent storm, the walkover was taken out at the corner of Whelk & Beach Dr and Oyster & Beach Dr. You can still walk onto the beach where the walkover was without having to walk through sand dunes or any vegetation at the corner of Whelk & Beach Dr.***
