Penthouse Condo in building on the Beach -12th Floor (TOP) Corner unit , 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-10) located at the top of building 2 at Shoreline Towers Condominiums. Free Wi-Fi !!!

Sitting Directly on the World-Famous White Sandy Beach of DESTIN and just FEET from the WATER is this LUXURIOUS Spacious 1800 Square-Foot, Non-Smoking condo. Located on the 12 th (Top) floor, you have good VIEWS of the WATER, BEACH and DESTIN......You Are Staying in only 1 of 5 Penthouse units that are on the Top (12th) Floor- A Luxurious Penthouse with 9.5 foot Tall ceilings. The lower units have 8 foot ceilings.

Free Beach service included (35.00 per day - paid by owner!) Your Penthouse includes one umbrella and two chairs all set up for you on the Beach. Sunset Beach Service has additional umbrella and chairs that can be rented directly on the beach for $35 per day.

FURNISHINGS:

From the minute you step into our condo you will be amazed at the Decor of the condo which is tastefully decorated with High End furnishings- 2 new White leather couches. 4 TVs with Cox Cable- Living room (50”4K) and all three bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and Blue Ray DVD players! The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need... lots of pots and pans, toaster, Coffee maker-Keurig. Tile floors everywhere! A nice 8 x 8 corner balcony with a view of the Beach and the City of Destin. Also, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.

- Assigned Covered Parking just steps from the Elevator! Only the 5 Penthouses in each building have this!

- Free Beach Service! - Includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs (35.00 per day)March 1st thru October 31st.

RESORT FEATURES:

Shoreline Towers has Its Own Private Beach Entrance and Beach Area. Your rental day rate includes 2 Canvas Beach Chairs and 1 Umbrella FREE! Personal umbrellas and tents are not allowed on the beach, if you require additional umbrella and chairs they are available for rent. If the Weather is a bit chilly you can still take a swim in the Heated Pool. There is also a Sauna, Exercise Room, Two Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard and a huge Clubhouse with Barbecue pits and picnic tables by the lake. Just a short hop over to the Best Water Park on the Gulf Coast (Big Kahuna) and for shopping you are within blocks of the Winn Dixie Grocery Store and all kinds of shopping.

We have stayed at many locations in Destin and this is our favorite so far. So much room so that you don't feel like you are piled on top of each other, very clean, great beach access, and close to all of our favorite things/places. The owner was very quick to respond when needed. We are currently on the road home and didn't want to leave. Definitely hope to return to this unit in the future!

Great place to stay, plenty of room & right on the beach. Easy to access & host is responsive. Only complaint is that when we arrived, the floors were so dirty that our feet turned black.

the condo was beautiful. The mattresses in one of bedrooms needs replacing, they tilt and makes you think you are falling off the bed. The cox cable didn't work in a couple of the bedrooms. There wasn't a pantry to put all the food for 8 people so I would suggest taking out the fireplace that had no logs anyway and put in a pantry. The family room was a nice size with 2 couches and a chair. There was enough seating for meals. The cleaners could do a better job, they left hair around in the kitchen and blood left from meat in the fridge. The view of the ocean for a penthouse wasn't the greatest. You could only see a little bit of it from the 2 bedrooms and master bedroom had view of parking lot.

Family Vacation

Property was just as listed. Clean, easy access, Property guards were super helpful and nice. Beach access was easy and people tending it was also helpful and extremely nice. With not liking the beach myself, my family enjoyed everything and we will book again in the future. Thank you all

Beautiful penthouse

Everything was wonderful except upon arrival (which clearly isnt the owners fault) security really had no idea what was going on. They didnt give us a parking pass, so we had to ask for one later and we had no idea where we were supposed to go. Very confusing but everything else was amazing

Spring Breakers from Virginia

We brought our family of six to Shoreline Towers for spring break and it did not disappoint! Location was perfect, right on the beach. Beach service was fantastic. Kitchen was well appointed, had everything we needed. Plenty of space inside unit and ourtdoor amenities were also great!
