All The surrounding Beaches are incredible. Belmar, Bradley, Asbury Park, Ocean Grove,Spring Lake , Point Pleasant are within minutes . Plenty of small shops & Big box shopping near by !!

The Serenity guest house was perfect for our family of 5.The hosts were friendly and responsive. The home is as pictured in the listing and is very well maintained with some nice upgrades and the extra amenities were a pleasant surprise (coffee pods, filters etc in the kitchen and soaps and lots of towels in the bathroom and hangers in the closets). The beds were very comfortable with nice quality linens and the rooms each had a good sized closet. We were there for Christmas with family that live in the area. The house was centrally located to all the places we needed to go. The highway is easily accessible and there is lots of shopping near by (grocery, boutiques and big box, outlet mall) We didn’t use the outdoor area but it looked nice. We hope to stay again next year.Thank you A&P

Great place to spend some time at the Jersey Shore. Very nicely decorated, clean, and, safe. Peter and Antonella clearly pay attention to details. The decor, the beach equipment (including badges), lovely outdoor seating and, a kitchen with everything you could need. We were thrilled with our stay at Serenity and would not hesitate to rent again.

Exceptionally clean unit on the first floor; lots of space for everything, including food our family. We enjoyed it; it is located right next to the train passing by but it is only making train noises during the day and the latest till 11pm so it is not disturbing at night. We had an issue with the dryer and the owner responded right the way; ordered a technician to come in and fixed the problem in less than few hours. We loved everything!

Enjoyed our stay - very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils etc. Our sons enjoyed the big screen tv. Spent two of the days on the beach-having the beach chairs available was a plus. Might consider adding a few beach towels for guests?

Nice reasonable place.

Nicely laid out, perfectly supplied and clean place. Fairly close to beach and shopping. It was fun for the kids to watch the trains go by the back yard. Parking is for 2 smaller cars but adequate street space on the side street. Overall, very pleasant. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect Belmar stay!

We had a great experience staying at Peter's home. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had a nice outdoor patio. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house in Lake Como!

This house was great for our needs. We were in town for a family wedding. The hosts always communicated promptly from first inquiring about the house to the last day. The house was clean and cool and supplied dishes, towels, beach chairs and badges and lots of ice! Great stay and we would love to come back.

Great gem in Lake Como!

We were supposed to stay in the downstairs apartment but were upgraded to the 2nd floor, which was amazing. The game room and tv lounge was one of the best we have seen. Look forward to staying there again!

Just what we needed!

We came to NJ to visit my son and his family. We needed 3 bedrooms. When i searched this one came up immediately!! I looked no further. A full kichen for food preparation, a full bath, awesome TV channels, and peace and quiet !!! Sun, beach, ocean (not quite swimming temperature), and more restaurants than anyone could imagine!!Thanks to our host!!!

Met our needs but...

The home was clean and well stocked. Good amount of space as advertised. Beds were comfortable. The hosts were responsive to our questions, etc. Although when we asked about the heat we got a vague answer on the thermostat "override" settings and it was a pain to keep changing it to make it warm when we got home (outside temps were VERY cold). I understand that this is not a problem in the summer but it should be changed for winter guests. We also alerted the hosts to two other issues -1) the train (active, busy line that runs all day and night) that was literally 2 doors away from the home. This was not disclosed at any time during our reservation process or is it in the listing information was a real bummer and disrupted our sleep. 2) The lighting in the living area is harsh and over head only. I suggested a desk lamp or floor lamp as an additional alternative for folks who don't want the blaring 4 bulb ceiling fan lights on all the time (both living room and dining room). The proximity to Belmar (some shops/pubs was walk-able) and the beach was pretty good.

Felt like home

Welcoming, clean and had all we needed. We will return when we have another family event . Saint Rose Catholic Church was beautiful , walked to the bagel store and easy access to our family.

Great apartment

Having travelled over from England I have to say this place was a great find. It was ideal for me and the family to spend time exploring New Jersey. The property was very clean and the owner and property managers were polite and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable

Wonderful location, convenient to shops and the beach. Sparkling clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room to accommodate a family. Access to the back with couches and bbq. Will absolutely be back.

Great location

Loved this place. Very clean and had all the toiletries, towels and kitchen/cooking supplies needed. The walk ability to the beach, food and random places was great. We have never been to the area and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The fresh air from the beach as well as the fall & winter are quite enjoyable here. We are prideful for Being a host for over 20 years meeting people from all corners of the country and world.

i love this neighborhood because of its accessibility to all points of interest also proximity to the main street & of course the beach.
The house is accessible from many different highways and directions .
Rt 71 , Rt 195 , Rt 138 , GSP , & RT 35 -
We love all four seasons here, the Summers & Fall are our favorites.
